Wow...same day service. Everything was professional from the young lady who took my call to the technician who came to replace our opener. Cameron was experienced and polite, taking the time to explain things, options and pricing. Yes Precision is a big national franchise, but I'm glad I found them after being ghosted for an opener replacement appointment by a "local" firm. Sometimes it is best to go with the big dogs. Thanks to the Precision team!

Josh was prompt, did a thorough inspection and gave me an accurate estimate for repairs. Replaced the broken springs, replaced the worn shaft bearings and gave my garage door adjustments to make the door operate more smoothly. He was courteous, friendly and professional. When I need garage door work again, I will definitely call Precision again.

Primary issue were panels buckling when opening & closing garage door. Spring, rollers & hinges were replaced as well as adding strut to support the panels. Kyle did a great job, was very friendly and always informing me well about what was going on.

I chose Precision Garage Door to address the noisy, vibrating and struggling Linear opener. Drew called to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes. I explained my concerns and left him to evaluate the current opener/springs. Drew explained what he found and the options. We came to an agreement and let him go to work. When he finished it was awesome how well it sounded and operated! Could not be happier. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door for repair work!

I wanted a tunup for my aged garage door. Your company does not charge for an evaluation do I figured why not.
