Hi Everyone: Our tech Walter helped us today and he was awesome. He announced his arrival 30 minutes in advance and was right on time. He replaced our springs and did it under a time crush as we had a medical appointment we could not cancel. He was so professional and helpful. The door works perfectly now. Kudos to Walter and kudos to Precision!!

Received excellent service today from Chad Martin. Our garage door was very noisy at closure. Though the reason was not obvious, Chad determined the cause and made the necessary adjustments in a very timely manner. He was polite throughout the process, and also consulted with a colleague who suggested increasing the power used by the opener in order to move our heavy door even more smoothly. Bottom line, the noise problem was resolved and the door now moves more smoothly than before.

We bought a home recently with a Precision garage door opener. Today I scheduled an appointment to have a new keypad installed and to purchase three new remotes. The technician called me to see if he could arrive early. He was polite and professional. He programmed the keypad and each remote and he wiped the system of any old codes.
