A well known named company. I had great experience with upgrading my springs and hardware. I liked that I could schedule my appointment date and time online. Not only was everything fixed perfectly, but they sent the nicest young man Noah. He was courteous and very polite. He offered suggestions and did a review of my doors. I wanted the rubber/plastic strip changed at the bottom of each door, to prevent bugs and leaves from coming in. Noah did a great job. I will request him next time….. I highly suggest you do too!!

He promptly evaluated the issue with the door and provided me with a reasonable quote which included a military discount! He repaired my door and checked all the mechanisms to ensure that everything was working properly and tested it about 4 times! Everything about Precession was top notch. The initial sale consult with Mark and his trainee Matt was awesome. I asked for quotes on an insulated steel Haas 664 and full view Amarr Vista. Mark listened to what I was wanting to do and then shared his ideas. Enjoyed chatting with Matt, you could tell he was eager to learn. In the end went with the full view Amarr doors and very happy I did. High quality, beautiful doors! Mark was the only sale guy when he quoted me wanted to ensure that my framing and padding was installed correctly before ordering the doors. He wanted to ensure the install would be perfect. He was a no pressure, no bs guy, very laid back which matched my style. Once the doors were ordered, I had a few questions and Ariel communicated with me quickly when I emailed her. The installation crew was great. Dan and Ronnie were top notch. Blow away at how quickly they had the doors installed. This was a brand new install for two doors and they were done in 3 hours. Once they were installed Michelle in finance was very kind and helpful as well. The doors and service was top notch, but the price was thousands less than competitors. All in all, I am extremely happy I decided to call Precision. Added update photos on 1/6/2026 that show the final install and the reflective film installed on the windows.
