Technician was very professional. But, the company only works on Genie openers. I explained that I have a Liftmaster when requesting a service. They are real good repairing a door or hardware but not the liftmaster opener. Lost me as a customer for openers. I would recommend if you need a Genie. No service performed, due to not working on my products.

Precision Door did a fantastic job of analyzing my needs and giving me a complete run down of what I would need to replace a 27-year old door and inoperable opener. Within three days The crew of two hard-working installers led by Chance, were at my door ahead of time. They completed the project in 2.5 hours and cleaned up their work. Everything works smoothly and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Precious Door Service to anyone!

Called pretty late in the day for an appointment. Thought it would be next day for service. But as they stated 2 hours timeline which was great. Riley called and asked if he could come earlier than my 4 to 6 window. He did, and was very professional and pleasant. Sorry it was so hot in there. He told me what I needed and got to it. Seeing Precision trucks in the area confirmed the company was locally owned. I was behind one truck at a light and took a photo of the phone number. When I returned home, I called and Ashley immediately gave me an appointment for the next day. She was professional explained the details of the service call. My tech, Brian, telephone and asked to be earlier than appointed time. Wonderful. He explained why I was having the glitches I was experiencing and outlined remedies. HE DID THE WORK IMMEDIATELY!
