5-star. In your advertising I liked the Saturday at no extra cost. Also it detailed what was included in the nylon roller install. I liked both Gilbert Brown and Wes. I thought they were straight forward and honest. They last company we used the technician used profanity and complained about his job. Also the person on the phone was vague about the cost for services. I did not trust the technician or the company. I will use Precision again if needed.

Michael Gavanditti came and quickly saw what was causing our problem. He installed new springs which solved the issue. Michael called to see if we wanted him to come early, which we were happy about.
