The customer service was excellent and the repairman was very well experienced. I was very impressed with everything he did... my old garage door opener was 17 years old and wore out.. i got a new garage door opener with 2 remotes and a sensors and wall mounted operer and a new touch pad and new rollers too... now it is super quiet and efficient... I couldn’t be more satisfied!! The reason I chose you was the fast service you provide... same day service as my phone call... i did call others that could not be here when needed.. I also got veterans discount... Much appreciated!!! It was a lot of money but you do have pretty good warranty also... hopefully it will last a long time!!! Thank you!!! Cathy

I saw the add on television which always means expensive to me but I was very surprised when the job was complete. They gave me an appointment on the same day I called with a two hour window and the technician arrived at the front end of the window, Super service.

I noticed the trucks in my area and when I had an emergency they responded with a two hour window for service. Technician called in an hour and a half and said he was on his way. Frank was great, very professional and personable. Confidence in this company and their employee.

We had a whole new garage door opening system installed on the same day we placed a service call. The technician was on time, very nice and knowledgeable. The installation was completed 30 mins. earlier than estimated and the quality was excellent. Definitely will use Precision again and recommend them as well!

We had many colleagues and friends who said they trusted Precision. We are now one of the many customers who are really pleased with the excellent customer service and turn around time in completing the work. I called on Sat morning, the young lady said she had a technician available from 2pm - 4pm that same day. Gilbert Brown was the technician that assisted us in getting this completed. He called and was going to be earlier than expected and we were able to have this completed sooner than expected. Gilbert was a super pleasant employee that went out of his way to discuss everything that would be needed and discussed it in detail. I am Very Very Pleased with the response time and the workmanship performed! You do not realize the importance of your garage door until it doesn't work.... I called Precision Door Service off of a sticker on my neighbors garage door from a previous service call he had and they had a repair man at my house within 2 hours. His workmanship was done in a speedy and professional time frame. I recommend this company for any and all of your garage door needs!

After 34 years of a garage door opener, it decided to give up today (Saturday). We called Precision Door as well as others and they responded and showed up on time. After confirming the dead opener, Frank our technician, installed a new one. He was very knowledgeable and had a new opener installed within an hour. He went over everything with us and I was pleased with the product and the install. Pricing was competitive, but the service was incredible. I would give this job five stars. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone. Thank you for being there when we needed you.

I would like to state my appreciation for Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville for their prompt, courteous and professional service and attitude. Wes, the technician who worked on our door, was outstanding. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and did a tremendous job. It was clear that he takes great pride in his workmanship and his company. We were scheduled for between 8 AM and 10 AM and he actually called me at around 7:40 and was at our house within 10 minutes. After examing the door he and I decided on the Gold Package with the powder coated stainless steel springs. He also replaced our weather seal along the bottom. Total time was less than 2 hours and we could not be happier. I very highly recommend Precision, especially Wes, to anyone that needs any kind of garage door work. this was done on the morning of 11-6-2018

I will never use this company again. I was not able to be at home for the service tech so my adult daughter took my place. The tech was rude, argumentative and insulting. I assumed my parts were under warranty from 2 yrs ago. Don’t believe it. The tech said everything needed to be replaced. This was done 2 yrs ago.

Your tech, Alan, called in advance, just like I had requested he do as he was heading to our house. He stated that he was running 'early', and actually asked if it was okay to arrive prior to his scheduled appointment time. (You are sitting down reading this, right?!?) Once he arrived and surveyed the problem (broken spring), he called me back with two estimates; one with a cheaper alternative in cost. I'm the one who chose the higher priced spring, not Alan, with the longer warranty. Within the hour, he and his helper were done, door tested, and verified everything was in good working order. All of the broken materials had been removed, and the area had been swept. These type repairs are never budgeted for, nor are they cheap by any means, but when you receive the options up front, and the service provided by your company every step of the way, it makes spending this amount of money on a garage door repair that much more palatable. Thanks for providing myself and my wife today a truly pleasurable Customer Service experience!

Technician showed up on time and very professional. He suggested some things as future needs but did not try to oversale me on anything. Was here about 2 hours replacing all rubber seals. Replaced rollers on one of my doors and lubricated both doors. Highly impressed with this company as he reached out to another technician that he needed more supplies very quickly. The technician called and gave me the time he would be here. One of our garage door sensors was malfunctioning and given that Precision had helped us out last year with a problem, we had no hesitation in calling them. Michael came out and fixed the problem quickly. He also offered some sound advice about the motors on our three garage doors but with out pressuring us to do anything. Just good sound advice. There is zero doubt that we will use Precision again. They are prompt, efficient, friendly, professional and their prices are fair.
