I called Precision Door today when our garage door needed repair. We had used Precision for a repair on a previous home we owned and were very pleased with the service. I spoke to Mackenzie and she was very helpful and courteous! Colton, the technician arrived right on time, was very professional and explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. We were completely satisfied with the work he did! We would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to friends and family!

The experience was unbelievable from the initial phone call to the installation which all took place in one afternoon. Nate was exceptional. He was personable, polite, and knew absolutely everything about his job. He offered several options from which to choose and explained everything. I called this morning to schedule an appointment. It so happened they could come out the same afternoon. The young man that came out was very courteous as I explained my situation as the caregiver for my wife and that I wasn't sure if I had the time right then for the service. He explained what he needed to do, that it wouldn't take that long and for me to take my time in what I needed to do. And he kept his promise. Everything was done and explained to me and I couldn't have been more pleased. Granted, my issue wasn't a critical repair, but it was important to me that it be addressed. Excellent communication via phone and email with the office. Kudos to Precision Door!

Wesley was able to arrive early (he called first to confirm it would work for me which is appreciated) and was an absolute professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The door was back in operation within 30 minutes give or take and he took the time to answer any questions before leaving. 10/10 will call you again if garage door service or upgrades are ever needed.

I could not get the remote to close my garage door, it would open, just not close the door. We called your business and a couple hours later, a technician arrived and fixed the problem The garage door was still under warranty and so there was no charge for the service call. We had used Precision Garage Door previously when the springs on our door had failed due to age in 2018. Last week, June of 2024, our door stopped opening. Closing was fine but opening was a no go. So on June 17 I called Precision. Willow took the call and offered 2 times to pick from on the same day. Sure enough Mitchell called about 20 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival, he was very courteous and professional, he looked the opener over and quickly found the issues. It was past time for a new opener and he proceeded to replace with all new parts. Again, very courteous and very professional hence the 5 star rating. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone in need of fast professional service because of employees like Mitchell and Willow
