I was locked in my garage, spring broke within 2 hours a very nice young man came and had it fixed. Spring broke I decided to have new springs and rollers . This young man was quick and did not pressure me to buy anything however he did say that if one spring went the other would follow I work in a service industry and was very happy with the quick and efficent service from precision.

Precision Door Service came through for my door again. A lift cable on my garage broke. I called Precision at 10:30a on a Thursday,and they were at my house at 12:30p. Devin Malle quickly assessed the door problem and advised me that all of the work would be covered under warranty. Devin was very personable as well as professional and quickly fixed the problem. I did also recommend Precision Door to my neighbor, including Devin, and my neighbor did use Precision Door for his specific needs. 5 STARS for Precision Door Service and 5 STARS for Devin Malle!

Three other companies wanted to replace the door. So many expenses in maintaining a house. It is overwhelming. My 6'5" guy was able to bang a little metal, add a little steel and fix the door so well that it actually worked better than it did before. And, looks. From the outside you can't even tell that one of the panels was severely bent. Not even a slight scratch. How did he do that? Miracle worker is he? I chose Prescision based on their Ad indicating that they cared. Jason made that claim a truthful claim. Not BS like the other companies that I contacted. I will recommend Jason and Precision to my neighbors.
