Cody was the technician and he was excellent. He was friendly, polite, neat, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he would do to repair the garage door and then provided a step by step explanation of what he did. The door operates very good and we appreciate the quick response to our call. He is a good representative for Precision Door Service!

Bill was the technician. I was impressed with Tina in making the appointment, Bill calling me to let me know he was on his way, and his explanation of repairs. I was also impressed with your follow-up after Bill had called in completion of job. I like the idea that your company will come on weekends and nights--that's usually when a problem happens. I will definitely use your company again.

I selected your company from an advertisement in a local flyer. I was attracted by the fact that you stated the use of quality parts and certified technicians and the fact that you are bonded and insured. Your technician "Tim 1 Van Vuren" performed an outstanding job of repairing my two garage doors. I was impressed by his knowledge, motivation and attention to detail in the performance of his work!

Precision Door Service came through for my door again. A lift cable on my garage broke. I called Precision at 10:30a on a Thursday, and they were at my house at 12:30p. Devin Malle quickly assessed the door problem and advised me that all of the work would be covered under warranty. Devin was very personable as well as professional and quickly fixed the problem. I did also recommend Precision Door to my neighbor, including Devin, and my neighbor did use Precision Door for his specific needs. 5 STARS for Precision Door Service and 5 STARS for Devin Malle!

Three other companies wanted to replace the door. So many expenses in maintaining a house. It is overwhelming. My 6'5" guy was able to bang a little metal, add a little steel and fix the door so well that it actually worked better than it did before. And, looks. From the outside you can't even tell that one of the panels was severely bent. Not even a slight scratch. How did he do that? Miracle worker is he? I chose Prescision based on their Ad indicating that they cared. Jason made that claim a truthful claim. Not BS like the other companies that I contacted. I will recommend Jason and Precision to my neighbors. And, further, when I back the car out of the garage without opening the door first, I will call Jason/Precision (to replace the door, LOL) Lew Sawyer, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl
