Everyone who helped us in the Jacksonville Office was outstanding. Michelle in the sales office, Sean who helped out Frank and Frank who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Precision has been servicing both of my residential garage doors for the past 2 years, with nothing but the best of service. They are on-time, cost is accurate and reasonable, and I've had very few garage door issues since switching to Precision.

After experiencing today's service call, as well as previous servicing calls at our residence, it's obvious that your service technicians are not only well trained, but also customer friendly, personable and accommodating. It's rare to see this level of customer service, and I applaud your company for putting the customer as your top priority.

Being a repeat customer of Precision Door I'm very happy with their service. Today was just checking my door, new rollers, lube and general inspection. Tim did the work and my door is now much quieter, he was professional and polite. Next year I will schedule another check and making an appointment.

I am a widow and was dismayed to find that I could not open my garage door after an overnight storm. The wall console, remote controller, and outside keypad all failed to operate the opener. I called around 10:30 and was told that a technician could be there between 4 and 6 pm. He came as promised, determined that my opener unit could not be repaired, and installed a new one by 5:30 or so. He also replaced the rollers to make it easier for me to manually lift the door in the event of a power outage. Tim, the technician, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. So, I had the use of my car again for the weekend. Highly recommend this company. I live in Fruit Cove, northwest St. Johns county.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past and have always been satisfied. When the Door didn't work this morning, I called immediately. The Technicians arrived right on time and they took care of he problem in good time and lubricated and adjusted the door. They were very professional and very polite and showed me what to do if the problem arose in the future. I asked about one of the openers I had and decided to replace that one with a new one

My technician, Ryan, was quick, polite, and professional. He understood quickly "my fear of snakes" and recommended a great weather stripping to provide complete closure from outside elements. Thanks for the quick service also!! ** Weather strip replacement**

The Precision technicians arrived on time and reviewed the repairs needed for my garage door with me. The team was knowledgeable and professional and quickly fixed my door. I was very pleased with the quick response to my call for service. The technician Bill Schulthcis was very courteous and helpful when it came to explaining the problem and how it could be fixed . I told him that I was relying on his honest appraisal as, like many seniors, the financial outcome is very important. The repair was completed in a short period time, and I as of today I am very pleased with the results. I would certainly recommend precision door service!
