We had a problem on our garage door late at night. The next morning, I called (found this company via Angie's List) about 9. Devlin showed up just before 4 and took care of the problem quickly. He explained what he did and why. The cost was only for a service call. I will definitely continue to use this company in the future.

My appreciation to and respect for the Precision Team of Dan and Damian. I now have great new doors, excellently installed by them. The technical attention to detail and making sure all was done correctly is impressive. Courteous, on time and dedicated, the work was efficiently performed and I was kept aware of progress such that the quality of the work was paramount in their customer service priorities. Thanks for a job well done.... Doug Ayars, PV Beach

Bill, our tech was very knowledgeable and explained the workings of the garage door opener. He replaced the rollers and tuned up the door, and it is now very quiet as advertised. Thank you Precision.

I called your company because of your ad in the Money pages and that there was no extra charge for weekend service. The technician came right out and replaced my opener which was ancient. Great service! I highly recommend your company.

Our garage door quit working and a very polite, knowledgeable technician came out to fix it. A screw had come loose and got caught so the door would not go up or down all the way. He put a new screw in, replaced the rubber bottom and the cables (at no charge). He did a great job in a very timely manner. Very polite!

Garage opener Assist spring was repaired. We noticed the garage door was broken and within approx 2 hours of noticing the breakage, Precision had 1) answered my call on a Saturday night, 2) sent a technician to my residence, and 3) had the garage fully repaired and serviced in that SHORT time frame. I was frankly AMAZED with the service and will strongly recommend the company if the repair doesn't fail, which there is no indication that it will. Rated 5 Stars. The Technician was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. The experience was a pleasant surprise. Precision was the first option via Google Search, which is why they were my first and only call for service.

Brett was on time, communicated well before arriving and completed the work within the time estimate he provided. Coupled with the bonus of having a garage door opener that still works I'd say this was a 5 star experience.

Had an excellent repair experience at our previous home in Lake Mary, FL , and therefore requested an analysis of our garage door in Ponte Vedra Beach. Our technician, Tim Van Vuren, did not disappoint, and we are recommending Precision Door's services to other unit owners in Little Bay Harbor.

I saw your add in MINT Magazine after speaking with several other door companies that were not overly helpful on the phone and did not leave me with the impression that they wanted the work. Tim came to the house and gave me the estimate. Tim was very patient, friendly and helpful; he gave me lots of details and information. Dan and Mike installed my door today; It is BEAUTIFUL! Like Tim, both men were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and answers. I would Highly recommend your company and service to others. Many companies claim to provide customer service BUT your company is one of the few that backs it up and delivers what you promise. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE BEAUTIFUL DOOR AND SERVICE. K. C. Lang
