Great that you responded to a Saturday emergency call and were able to have a technician( Ryan) arrive within two hours. Ryan repaired the door and had it working perfectly within an hour and a half.

Ryan provided excellent customer service. He was prompt,courteous, experienced and highly effective. You could tell that providing real customer service mattered to him. He listened to my requests and worked very effectively to provide the desired results. By the time he left all three of my garage doors were working smoothly, he replace one belt and installed an outdoor keypad as well. Happy to recommend him for outstanding service and am very pleased with the entire experience with Precision Door Services. Did I mention that they were able to schedule same day service? and called me when they were on their way? Pricing also seemed very fair.

I needed a repair to my garage door this week. The "trolley" in my system broke, and I scheduled an appointment. AJ came out and did an AWESOME job. He was fast, polite, and very knowledgeable. I am a widow and was dismayed to find that I could not open my garage door after an overnight storm. The wall console, remote controller, and outside keypad all failed to operate the opener. I called around 10:30 and was told that a technician could be there between 4 and 6 pm. He came as promised, determined that my opener unit could not be repaired, and installed a new one by 5:30 or so. He also replaced the rollers to make it easier for me to manually lift the door in the event of a power outage. Tim, the technician, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. So, I had the use of my car again for the weekend. Highly recommend this company. I live in Fruit Cove, northwest St. Johns county.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past and have always been satisfied. When the Door didn't work this morning, I called immediately. The Technicians arrived right on time and they took care of he problem in good time and lubricated and adjusted the door. They were very professional and very polite and showed me what to do if the problem arose in the future. I asked about one of the openers I had and decided to replace that one with a new one
