I picked your company because of 5 star comments by previous customers. So I called and got an appointment for next day. I was told who my Technician would be (Frank Cassidy)and then was impressed that I was able to read about your company and see pictures and brief descriptions of all your technicians. That really helps relieve the worry of a stranger coming to my home!! I wish all service companies were so thorough!! I got excellent service from Frank Cassidy for my broken cables and spring roller. And best of all, he kindly spent time telling me how to keep my garage door in good working condition. GREAT JOB AND GREAT COMPANY!!!!

Rebuilt garage door after torsion spring failure. Service performed was more than I expected, but technician fully explained options and cost estimate. Technician arrived on time, completed job very satisfactorily. I think price was fair for the work done. I would recommend this company, and Tommy, for any work on your garage door.

Tommy provided excellent service. He was on time, thoroughly explained the issues found, and the recommended repairs. He also completed the repairs promptly and reviewed them and the invoice once more before leaving. I can't remember when our garage door worked so smoothly and quietly.
