I called this morning to report a broken spring that busted on my garage door. Destiny was kind and efficient. She gave me an appointment for today. A few hours later, Haden came and repaired my garage door. He was clean, respectful, professional, and skilled. He repaired my garage door efficiently. I recommend Precision Door Service 100%.

Had a broken spring on Sunday and used the chat feature on their website to schedule an appointment. They were able to come first thing Monday morning, Tim called 30 min before to tell me he was on his way. He inspected the spring and recommended upgrading the springs and the other 5 components of the garage door, he gave me prices to just fix the spring and the total upgrade and explained why it would be best to upgrade. Amazing the difference in the garage door. I am very cautious when dealing with repair companies, but Tim did a great job in explaining the needed repairs. Great Job!

Same day service was important to me, as the company that originally installed my garage door could not come out until 5 days after my call. This was an emergency situation, as I could not operate my door for fear it would fall.

Honest and ahead of schedule. George is a real asset to your company. He’s technically proficient, explains options, and doesn’t try to sell anything unnecessary. P.S. I see that you offer military and senior discounts. I am retired from the U.S. Army and next week I will be 75. I failed to ask for a discount. Perhaps you could issue a credit to my credit card.

The service tech (Alan) was extremely professional, courteous and fix our problem in 30 minutes that would taken other companies 2 hours. We have previously used another garage door company and tried Precision for a fresh look at our garage door opener. Will not use anyone in the future but Precision.

Precision Door was awesome from start to finish. Called them when my garage door wouldn't close. They couldn't get a tech out that night but put me on the schedule first thing in the morning. Tech called me when he was on his way. Wes was my tech and he explained what was wrong with the garage and what my options were for repair with and without warranty. He was very professional and got the job done. I would highly recomment this company to neighbors and friends!

We had a problem with the wiring being cut on our door opener, and the door was also somewhat out of adjustment. We found Precision Door by calling the service number for our Linear garage door opener. They referred us to you. We called Precision at 3 PM on a Friday. Your scheduler set up an appointment from 4 to 6 PM, same day. The service person arrived at 4 PM promptly, and all issues were resolved effectively and efficiently by 4:30 PM. Couldn't ask for any better service than that. Should we need help in the future with the door, you can bet we will call Precision to help us out.

FRANK AFTER CALLING AHEAD WITH AN ARRIVAL HEADS-UP, SHOWED UP A LITTLE EARLY WHICH WAS NICE. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, MADE A COUPLE OF POWER ADJUSTMENTS, AND IT WAS FIXED. WE DISCUSSED THAT IT MAY BE POSSIBLE THAT THE WALL UNIT MIGHT BE CAUSING SOME OF THE SAME PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. WE COULDN'T REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM AS THE HOMEOWNER HAD DONE EARLIER.
