I am overjoyed with my experience using precision door services! I purchased two new garage doors and it was the smoothest transaction ever! It only required two visits to my home and each time the men were very polite, respectful and friendly. I felt very comfortable being home alone while the work was seamlessly happening in the garage. This company’s professionalism is absolutely top notch!

I researched to find a highly rated and trusted company to address my garage door issues. Precision Door Service did not disappoint. Its representatives, Tim and his partner, were punctual, highly professional, responsive, informative, and proficient. My garage door was a "weak" point in my home's efficiency and defenses. It is now one of its (and much quieter) strengths. I was very pleased with the timely, effective service and would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Michael was great, as he explained what we needed and the value for our needs. He was very thorough, curious and had to leave before he finished. I felt comfortable leaving Michael there to complete w/o being there. He texted me when he finished and provided a call back number in case I didn't remember what he told me. When the gear stripped on my 18 year old garage door opener, I decided it was time for a replacement. I chose Precision even though I had not heard of them previously. The technician came out the next day and did an excellent job of replacing the opener and rollers. WOW - we did not know it was possible to have a quiet door opener. Before we could not open the door if we had guests as it would surely awaken them. Thank you for excellent service.
