The 24-hour phone monitoring is great. I called at 7am and Gilbert was here by 8am. He replaced our motor, drive chain, springs, bearings, etc. We have new remotes and a new keypad. The garage door now runs smoothly and is whisper quiet. Very good company to work with - very professional.

You all have been out on two separate calls and both times your people have been dry prompt, courteous, clean uniformed and professional. 24/7 service caught my attention and it was the first name to come up in google search after typing Garage Door Repair Ponte Vedra. Instead of telling me they someone could come tomorrow or the day after like other places, they were able to send somebody out on same day even if at 8:00pm. Mr. Frank Cassidy was on time, knew what he needed to do, had the parts needed and fixed our door in one hour so we were able to close it for the night.
