Jeremiah and his partner arrived early, listened carefully to my story, explained what had to be done to remedy the problem, worked out a detailed estimate of the costs, then set to work. When the installation was done, he carefully demonstrated how the new remotes work, entered my credit card to pay for the work, cleaned up the debris, and left me a very satisfied customer!

Its representatives, Tim and his partner, were punctual, highly professional, responsive, informative, and proficient. My garage door was a "weak" point in my home's efficiency and defenses. It is now one of its (and much quieter) strengths. I was very pleased with the timely, effective service and would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Michael was great, as he explained what we needed and the value for our needs. He was very thorough, curious and had to leave before he finished. When the gear stripped on my 18 year old garage door opener, I decided it was time for a replacement. I chose Precision even though I had not heard of them previously. The technician came out the next day and did an excellent job of replacing the opener and rollers. WOW - we did not know it was possible to have a quiet door opener.
