Needed broken torsion spring replaced (Sunday). My usual service company couldn't fit me in until Friday. Precision came out early Monday afternoon and got me squared away. The technician, Tim, is top-notch. Gave me some pointers and recommendations for the future. Much appreciated. Five stars. And the front office folks are very nice to deal with. You'll be pleased.

This is the second time we have used Precision and were very satisfied once again. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and suggested the repair needed. He had the necessary parts with him, replaced them and explained everything he did. He also took the time to check over the rest of our system and lubricated the spring and wheels. He was a very nice young man who clearly knew his stuff.

The technician Wes that came out on my warranty service call was excellent. He was extremely helpful in not only resetting my garage doors but went on to explain to me the root cause of the problem stemming from the builder grade infrastructure that is currently in place. Our 37 year old garage door cable and bracket broke on Sunday afternoon. We called and Michael was here by 10 am on Monday! He figured out the problem and replaced both brackets and cables. He was personable and low key. He didn’t try to upcharge us on additional services. He told us we didn’t need them. He showed us the broken and decayed parts and completed the job expertly. We like the speed, efficiency, friendliness, and HONESTY of Michael. He represents his company in a 5 Star manner. We highly recommend this company!

These guys are the greatest! They came out the same day we called, fixed the problem (not a big one) promptly and were more than fair on the price. We've had this door for 5 or 6 years and this is the first service call we have had to make. I would recommend them highly.

r broke on Friday night. I called Precision Saturday morning and received an appointment that day. On a Saturday, No extra charges, how great was that! Mike came out. He called about an hour earlier to give his arrival time. My window was between 4 and 6. He arrived promptly at 4. No saving the old unit. He put the new one in, it worked well. Much quieter than the last. He explained everything and even programmed my truck. He even said to call him and he'd walk me thru with the wife's SUV programming. Doesn't get better than that.

Our garage door opener stopped working. The door would only go up about a foot and then stop. Called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. That was great. The problem was a broken spring or something like that. Since the original opener was of a different brand they couldn’t fix the broken spring but then could replace it. So they replaced the spring mechanism and it works better then ever. Super smooth. Took them about 45 minutes to do the work. The reason for 4 stars vs. 5 was that I felt it was a bit expensive for what was done. It cost $450. Overall I am happy that they came out quickly and fixed it quickly and did a good job but wish it was not so expensive.
