Michael was great, as he explained what we needed and the value for our needs. He was very thorough, curious and had to leave before he finished. I felt comfortable leaving Michael there to complete w/o being there. He texted me when he finished and provided a call back number in case I didn't remember what he told me. When the gear stripped on my 18 year old garage door opener, I decided it was time for a replacement. I chose Precision even though I had not heard of them previously. The technician came out the next day and did an excellent job of replacing the opener and rollers. WOW - we did not know it was possible to have a quiet door opener. Before we could not open the door if we had guests as it would surely awaken them. Thank you for excellent service.

What a great experience. Technician put in new garage door opener and moved old one to other garage door (3 car garage). Also replaced spring on small garage door. Our technician showed up early and looked over our broken garage door spring. He explained that the spring had rusted out and was very informative as to my choices to have the door repaired. This is the garage door company you are looking for. Do not be fooled by companies with with similar sounding names that do not offer the service this company does. Precision came out the day we called and replaced our defective springs, replaced the rollers, adjusted the track and opener. The door works better now than when we bought the house. Their technician was polite, professional and quick but thorough. A very much deserved 5 STAR rating.
