Repairs don't always come at the most convenient time, so I found the process for scheduling a repair on the website very easy and convenient. I received a call as soon as their service shop opened and had a appointment first thing. My repairman gave me a call that he was on the way so I could meet him. He did a complete inspection and other than my broken spring there was just a couple of bearings and rollers that needed to be replaced. He had everything on his truck for the job so the repair was done quickly. My garage door works better now than when it was new. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door for repairs or replacement for your garage doors.

Replaced the garage door opener and replaced all the associated hardware. Ryan was very professional and completed the work efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I just had two new garage door openers installed by Mr. Josh Simmons. Josh arrived on time and was courtesy during the entire installation. He was willing to answer all my questions about the installation, warranty, etc. He was very knowledgeable about the product and even spent time reviewing and showing me how everything works. You should be very proud to have gentleman of this caliber working for your company. I called Precision Garage Doors and spoke with the owner Jason Sheppard. I told him about my problem with my garage door and he had someone out to my house later that afternoon. Mr. Sheppard was very helpful and polite. When the technician, Michael showed up to my house he diagnosed the problem. showed me the defective piece of equipment and quickly fixed my problem. He also took the time to give me some tips on running my garage door more smoothly to help extend the life of my garage door and opener. I was VERY pleased with the excellent service I recieved from Precision Doors and would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone.

Gilbert, the technician called and arrived during the arranged time frame. He was courteous and professional while he conducted his evaluation of the issue with the opener. He explained the options, given the age of the existing opener/motor. He worked efficiently and finished the installation of the new opener in approximately one hour. Then he explained the features of the new opener and how to operate it, as well as the warranty on the equipment. I felt he did the best job he could have done, and I appreciate doing business with a company that meets and exceeds my expectations,

I was very impressed with the technician, Jose Valdes, that performed the service on my door today. He showed up on time, was extremely courteous, and was knowledgeable about all aspects of overhead garage doors. He patiently answered my questions, and happily calculated all my "what if" scenarios until we found a solution that fixed the problem and fit into my budget. He then went to work quickly, quietly, and neatly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Nobody likes the surprise expense of having to get their garage door fixed, but I think I got good value for my money, and I think Jose is a great representative for your company.
