Garage door failed late yesterday evening. Spoke with representative at that time and scheduled for today. Tech called when he was in transit and arrived well within expected 2 hour timeframe. Reggie Davis was professional, personable and efficient. He replaced springs, cables, overhead track and other needed parts in less than time estimated. I was particularly impressed that he took a few minutes to insure that we were familiar with routine and safe operation of the door. We were also able to take advantage of the senior discount offered by the company. Thank you!

Precision is absolutely the best garage door company in Jax!!! They always do same day appointments which is very rare of any company and their service is excellent! All their Service Reps are polite, kind, considerate, and work very efficiently! They quoted me just under $100 for a service call on a remote and re-program to sync with my car but only charged me $49.00 for the call! Who does that??? No one! Thank you Precision! You have me as a customer for life!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Precision. We are relatively new home owners and used the sticker on the motor when a cable broke and could not close door. From the phone call with the scheduler to the technician and repair, we couldn’t be happier. They were both very pleasant and professional and arrived same day and 30 minutes prior to original time. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends in the future. Thank you!
