My garage door spring broke after-hours. I was able to schedule an appointment online that night for the next day between 10-12. Dalton and Charlie called me when they were on their way, they were at my home at 10:15 (which I really appreciated how on time they were). After looking at my garage door issue, I was provided a quote before any work was done. Dalton and Charlie were extremely professional and got my garage door working again, and it's even quieter than it was before. Thank you.

I recently contacted Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville to address an issue with my garage door. The whole process, from my initial phone call through resolution, was outstanding! The receptionist who took my phone call was courteous, respectful, and scheduled the service call around my busy schedule. I received a text (with photo) from the Service Technician prior to arrival for the service call. The Service Technician diagnosed the issue with my garage door, provided me with options to resolve the issue, and quickly made the necessary repairs. The Receptionist and Service Technician were responsive, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville for any issues with your garage door!

Precision Door Service provides professional and experienced technicians to assist with all garage door needs. Not only did they replace my garage door after I accidentally backed into it after getting a pneumonia shot, but they replaced springs and key pad. They are the best!

I replaced my builder-supplied garage door years ago with a Precision garage door. The efficiency, protection, and appearance of the door was pleasing to me. I have gotten many comments on the quiet operation of the door. I recently lost the garage door openers and called Precision immediately. Their speed, courtesy, and effectiveness in solving my problem was impressive. They not only got me back out on the road with new openers, they were kind enough to perform a few basic maintenance tasks while they were there. I am most pleased with and grateful for their assistance.

Technician was very knowledgeable and quickly determined problem. Was able to install replacement parts same day. However, the cost to repair is outrageously high! Would advise others to shop around for another service company first.
