I called at 6pm on a Friday night and they promptly scheduled me the next day (Sat) first thing in the morning. Hayden came to the house on time and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything and gave me options on warranties etc. My garage door works perfectly now.

Technician arrived on time as promised. A new bracket to attach the rail to the wall was installed, the spring was adjusted and the door was lubricated - basically the door and opener were given a tuneup. My questions were answered and there was no hard sell. The process to a bit less than 1 hour. I would recommend the company..

Precision is absolutely the best garage door company in Jax!!! They always do same day appointments which is very rare of any company and their service is excellent! All their Service Reps are polite, kind, considerate, and work very efficiently! They quoted me just under $100 for a service call on a remote and re-program to sync with my car but only charged me $49.00 for the call! Who does that??? No one! Thank you Precision! You have me as a customer for life!!!

Garage door failed late yesterday evening. Spoke with representative at that time and scheduled for today. Tech called when he was in transit and arrived well within expected 2 hour timeframe. Reggie Davis was professional, personable and efficient. He replaced springs, cables, overhead track and other needed parts in less than time estimated. I was particularly impressed that he took a few minutes to insure that we were familiar with routine and safe operation of the door.
