We had an upgrade to parallel other household work... this included a new opener, door alignment, new springs, external controller. Additionally, our installer noted cable issues which replacement resolved. The process was done quickly and in a very professional manner. The linking of the opener to cars and smart phones was much easier than we had anticipated. Overall, we are very pleased by the quality, price, and service. Our installer Frank could not have been more pleasant, helpful, or knowledgable.

Highly recommend Precision. Alan Harp arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem (crack in one of the door panels, cracked hinges, heavily worn rollers). He provided a breakdown of the repair cost and suggested repairs. He allowed me to select the repairs I wanted done (reinforcement strut, replace cracked hinges and all new rollers) and did not force any additional or unwanted repairs. Very reasonably priced and repair was completed in under an hour. Five Stars.

I have used Precision Door on several other occasions and they have always done great work. My home is new construction and we encountered several delays in its completion. We had to reschedule our appointment and they wee more than accommodating and when we finally closed, they were right there for us. We had two garage door operators installed. We got good service, quality workmanship and a quality product all at what I thought was a reasonable price. The tech was courteous and professional and was very willing to answer any questions. He also wouldn't leave until he was sure we could operate the doors, including programming to our cars. I can't think of a reason I'd ever call anyone else. Great Job!

We had a spring break on our door, and I contacted Precision for a service call. I was given a same-day appointment, even though I didn't call until late morning. Reggie arrived ahead of my appointment time, called prior to arrival, and was the ultimate professional and got the job completed ahead of his estimated time. He explained what he had repaired, let me know what I should do to ensure optimal door performance, and delivered all this with a smile! He was personable and efficient in his work. OUTSTANDING WORK! Dalton was at my house within 5 minutes of me making the service call. He was professional, courteous & very cautious not to damage my cars that were in the garage. He made sure the door operated properly when done with the spring replacement. His work was spot-on, he knew the proper springs to replace the broken ones (as the old spring were not the proper tensions). I highly recommend Precision Door Service! My opener went out and I called for an appointment at 8:30am and someone was at the front door at 9:45am. The total time for installation and repairs for a complete opener and rollers was about an hour! The new unit is super quiet! Very satisfied with the quality of the new unit! And no worries about having to leave the door open waiting for a repair since they came out right away.
