Excellent service. Arrived on time and installed a new garage door opener in about an hour. Installed new guide wheels and cleaned up all the packing and debris. Spring broke on my garage door so I called Precision based on reviews. Only negative of the service was a 24 hour wait for service. Would be a problem for someone who is unable to lift their door manually. My garage door and all parts were 20 years old so I have been anticipating an issue for some time. Technician Mike Danforth arrived at the scheduled time and provided two quotes. One to repair the spring and another to replace all parts and motor. I opted for the full repair knowing that other 20 year old parts were on borrowed time. Mike finished the job in short order and all functions (much quieter) are working fine. If all Precision’s employees are as courteous, professional and efficient as Mike then I have no problem recommending them for your garage door needs.

Precision was professional in every way from the time they came out to do the original estimate to the time the door installation was completed. We had work to do in the garage and they were very flexible and cooperative in scheduling. The installers showed up and went right to work and were done within a few hours. They installed the door and operator and spent time ensuring we knew exactly how to operate the door, set the remotes and the keypad. Surprisingly, they completely wiped down the door when they were finished. It was a professional job from start to finish. Dan and his partner were also friendly and courteous......and the door works like a charm. We couldn't have asked for more. This was my mother in law's house. I have used them for my own place for maintenance and I will use them for the home we are having built.

I called your business to get an honest quote on repairing my garage door, that just needed a couple of new tracks and to attach the existing springs. The gentleman that I talked to told me that because my door had a cosmetic dent on the outside it would all need to be replaced. Instead of assuming I did not know what I was talking about, your man assumed I didn’t and quoted me over $1,500 for the cheapest replacement instead of listening to what I wanted and needed. Because of this I called Overhead Door Depot who sent a nice gentleman out who listened to what I wanted and needed and agreed that I did not need a whole new door and system and gave me an awesome quote and did an awesome repair job!! You need to have your technicians listening to what the customer wants, and not try to be salesman’s trying to update what they do t need. At some point i will replace the door because of the cosmetic dent. But I will be calling Overhead Door Depot for that!
