Excellent and fast service. I don't like for repair representatives to push the sale of not needed items. Never was I pressured to buy things I didn't need. Chad educationed me on the system and mentioned things that may in time have issues. However, he didn't try to pressure me to purchase something I don't need. I was expecting the sale pitch. When I got simply good quality service, it made glad that I called a well branded company like Percision. Would recommend Percision to anyone having garage door issues.

Let me just begin by saying that your employee REGGIE DAVIS is the real MVP. He was on time, he was courteous, he was efficient, he was knowledgeable, he was very communicative, he was pleasant, he was personable, he was professional. There are a ton more adjectives I could use, but I'm sure this review is limited to a certain amount of characters. If ever I need garage door repair, precision garage door of Jacksonville is where I'll turn. Because of Reggie, you've gained a customer for life. Great work. The appointment booking was pleasant and seamless as well. But I'm really blown away by the workmanship and attention to customer service and the technical knowledge of the service technician. Job well done guys.

A broken garage door is about as fun a root canal or a colonoscopy. One car is locked in the garage, the other car is locked out, it's a 100 degrees in the shade and it's 4 o'clock in the afternoon. What to do ? In short, after a few minutes on the internet, we call Precision Door Service. Not only did they send a service tech within the hour, they replaced both springs on my 30 year old 16' insulated door by 6 o'clock. Amazing. My technician, Chad, was very professional and extremely personable. He went over all the options and what items needed to be replaced, and why. After replacing the broken parts, he adjusted all of the door opener settings to insure that the door opened and closed correctly. The total price was reasonable and fair. To be sure, I will keep the name and number for Precision Door Service, as well as the name of the technician,Chad. A company is typically only as good as it's employees. This was a perfect example. Garage door would not open and I noticed the broken left side spring. Searched on computer for service specialists nearby. Precision had an impressive site with a huge amount of positive reviews. Called and made an appointment for later that afternoon. Hayden called and asked if he could come 2 hours earlier, which was perfect for me. He arrived when he said he would and inspected the problem and offered spring choices. Both springs were replaced, door adjusted in about an hour and I was able to go about my business. Everything works as expected and 100% satisfied.

I called Precision Door Service this morning. I think it was about 9:30. The lady that answered the phone said, they could come out between 12:00-2:00P.M., which was great for me. I received a call at 10:52A.M. from Riley Holloway-Heim and said if were ok with me, he was 15 mins from my location and asked if he could come then. I said, perfect, and he was exactly on time. He checked my garage door, told me what the problem was and had it fixed in 45 mins or less. He was very nice. I would highly recommend Riley Holloway-Heim, with Precision Door Service . In fact, I have.

So I bought this house six months ago it was built in 1972 I believe they change the garage door once 30 years ago. I came home for lunch drove in my garage and when I push the button to close the garage half of it fell off the hinges. I called around to A few neighbors and two of them gave me precision number. I called some other numbers as well and no one could come out the same day next week they’ll call me back. Etc. etc. etc. I called precision and the woman said she’ll have a technician out there in 20 to 30 minutes. Alan came in 20 minutes. Very professional easy to talk with explain what needs to be done in lay terms. He gave me a couple of estimates. Gave me time to think it over and call my dad. And we came up with a plan. I also received a military discount. And he took care of it he had everything he needed on the truck. I was very very very impressed. He also told me they usually do same-day services. So that’s where my five star rating comes from.

Awesome technician, Wesley was above and beyond. Straightforward. Checked everything, replaced what needed replaced. Listened to bad jokes and even acted like they were funny. $20 an hour technician only. $25 an hour if you watch. $30 an hour if you help. Just kidding. Very professional job!

I called to have our garage door spring replaced and thankfully a technician was able to come out the next day! Wesley arrived early and was so professional and informative. He pointed out a few other issues that our garage door had outside of the broken spring and explained all of the options to me on what can be done to fix the problems. He took the time to speak with my husband on the phone to explain the options as well! Once we came to a decision, he started working on the garage door and had it fixed in about an hour. He also assisted me in changing my code and syncing the garage with the button in my car. I cannot say enough good things about our experience!
