The Precision representatives were A+. I purchased a new garage door from them about 10 years ago and they have serviced maintenance issues since then. Recently, I backed into my garage door and bent the frame of the door. I called Precision late in the day and they came the next morning. It was determined that I needed two new panels to get the door stabilized and they came back the same day several hours later to make the repairs. I am so grateful for Precision. Brian responded to the initial call and Chase followed up with the repairs. Both were courteous, professional, kind , and very knowledgeable about Precision and the work that needed to be done so that the door was functional once again. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone needing any type of garage door service.

Called Precision today around 3 p.m. installed was here about 40 minutes later. Installed two new garage doors and programmed three remotes. Worked constantly until after 7 p.m. And did a great job on the installation and clean up. Explained how to use the remotes, explained about the warranty. Good experience.

Starting from the company chat, they were great. However once the technician, Walter, came out it could not have gone any better. Walter was great! He exceeded all our expectations!!!! After reading do manny comenta on other companies this one came up. I can’t tell you happy and blessed I felt once Walter came out. He is such a great guy, I don’t foresee problems with my garage door in the near future, but if I do, I hope it’s Walter that comes back out. Dalton was very friendly and professional. He changed out my springs and bearings ( I didn’t know the bearings were bad till he pointed it out ) glad he was looking out for my best interests. Didn’t know garage door maintenance was a thing until yesterday. I called at about noon and someone was here at 4 same day. Great customer service over the phone. My garage door broke a spring and wire. Also the door opener had a couple issues that needed to be fixed as well. I decided to have a new garage door opener installed along with new springs and wire. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was able to come out and fix everything all in the same day I put a request in! Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job with the install.
