We were very pleased to have been lucky to have your technician, Walter arrive ( earlier than promised) to service/fix our broken garage door. Walter was very prompt, kind, knowledgeable and extremely thorough during this service call. He answered all of my questions. We couldn't be happier and want to extend our thanks for a job well done. We have called on Precision before and have always been extremely satisfied. We wouldn't call on anyone else. Thank you Walter and Precision! Norma & Karen Lee

Hayden was our service technician from Precision Garage Door Service. Amazing attention to details and professionalism. Representing the face of the company, he could not have been a better representative. So refreshing to see this type of craftsmanship still exists. I rate this company as a 10.

Worked with both Kalen King and Chad Martin on two days to get my garage door opener going again. Initial problem was sensors, but I’d been seeing error messages on the spring and tensioner. Kalen said both were weak, and tensioners aren’t being made anymore, but I might find one on line and install it myself. I’m not very handy. The only other option was a new motor, quite pricy. I’m nervous about spring failure so I chose to have it replaced, opted to not worry about the tensioner, as it could last awhile. Repairs were made. Unfortunately for me, the tensioner must have been waiting for a chance to fail, as it did shortly after. So called the next morning, Chad showed up 2 hr later, gave me my options, I chose a motor, he installed it and reset up my remotes. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, well equipped and honest. Glad I chose Precision.

I had a thought, made a call, had a technician over within an hour or so and in a few days I will get my new garage door! A very genuine and helpful young man named Hayden helped me make the right decision to change out my old door for the new one. Thanks Hayden! And everyone else as well.

I experienced same afternoon service from Technician Nick who explained repair options. I selected motor replacement and requested an estimate for hurricane resistant door replacement. Nick completed the motor replacement, explained door replacement options and provided a written estimate. I am very pleased with the new motor package ‘s performance and I look forward to the door replacement after my HOA ‘s approval of the work plan. Nick represents your company as a true professional and Precision is fortunate to have him on your staff.

My call was answered quickly then I was given a 4 hour window that had already started for service. The technician called to let me know the expected time, reviewed my issue then thoroughly listed all issues in priority of needed repair. My repair was not quick nor easy however it was completed and my door works better than it has for years. My neighbor referred me to your company and I am so happy I called. Thank you for your amazing service.

I don’t normally write reviews, so me writing this means the service was spectacular. Between the customer service call to get an appointment scheduled al the way to the service, it was easy and fast. Hayden was our technician and he was amazing. Super knowledgeable and gave us several different options up front about what could be the issue. We ultimately decided to get a new system installed, which came with sensors, belt, and wires. Hayden walked us through everything, gave us the pricing upfront and truthfully made this experience super easy. The price was very competitive and reasonable so we felt very comfortable making that decision on the spot. Overall, Hayden made this experience amazing. If I had a company that I owned, I would’ve offered him a job on the spot just because of his customer service and knowledge in this field. I definitely recommend!

I needed to have an issue fixed with the garage door in order to pass inspection to close on my mother's home. Precision Doors was quick to schedule an appointment and Riley gave me a heads up call before he came so that I could meet him at the home. He quickly identified the problem and although the issue was diagnosed I decided to go ahead and replace. Riley did the install quickly and efficiently and was able to offer a discount. I would highly recommend this company.

The technician was very helpful with providing the right information needed to make a quick decision with how we would proceed with deciding if we should repair or replace the garage door. We decided to replace the door because the technician showed us our options. In the end it easy to choose replacing the garage door! Much thanks to the tech!

From first contacting you a few days ago through the service being completed today we were very satisfied with the work completed. The person that took my call on Wednesday was courteous and asked all the right questions. We even had the opportunity to have service on that day. We opted for a few days later. Colton was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous. As soon as he started the project you could tell Colton "knew his stuff". He did a great job and we are very pleased. Initially we were looking for roller replacement and weather stripping replacement. He also found a frayed cable which obviously had to be replaced too. The only thing he left were some fingerprints Great job Colton! Thanks so much! Viktor and Beth Kraenbring Orange Park, FL

I chose Precision Garage because they were the ones who replaced my spring previously and they left a card in my garage. The service is still top notch. The service mechanic addressed all my concerns. It was easy to get a next day appointment.

When I called because I couldn’t figure out how to finish my weather stripping, these guys helped so much. They sent someone out within about 2 hours and it was fixed in about 45 mins. The technician, Dalton, was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me so I knew what was going on, and he did an amazing job. The seal around the garage door is better than it’s ever been.

Mark contacted me within hours of my call to the company and made an appointment to visit immediately. He is knowledgeable, professional, and an exceptional communicator. He listens. I did not make up my mind immediately about my purchase. He continued to answer my questions and research until he found just the right garage door for my home. Through every step in the process, Mark and the office staff were responsive, helpful, and supportive; that even includes gathering information for the HOA. The purchasing, ordering, scheduling of delivery, and installation processes all moved smoothly. The installers arrived as scheduled, removed my dilapidated equipment, installed the uniquely designed, beautiful, high quality garage door and opener, and patiently instructed me in the use of my new equipment. I have done my due diligence and know that the price was right. I am very happy and recommend this company without reservation.
