Worked with both Kalen King and Chad Martin on two days to get my garage door opener going again. Initial problem was sensors, but I’d been seeing error messages on the spring and tensioner. Kalen said both were weak, and tensioners aren’t being made anymore, but I might find one on line and install it myself. I’m not very handy. The only other option was a new motor, quite pricy. I’m nervous about spring failure so I chose to have it replaced, opted to not worry about the tensioner, as it could last awhile. Repairs were made. Unfortunately for me, the tensioner must have been waiting for a chance to fail, as it did shortly after. So called the next morning, Chad showed up 2 hr later, gave me my options, I chose a motor, he installed it and reset up my remotes. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, well equipped and honest. Glad I chose Precision.

I don’t normally write reviews, so me writing this means the service was spectacular. Between the customer service call to get an appointment scheduled al the way to the service, it was easy and fast. Hayden was our technician and he was amazing. Super knowledgeable and gave us several different options up front about what could be the issue. We ultimately decided to get a new system installed, which came with sensors, belt, and wires. Hayden walked us through everything, gave us the pricing upfront and truthfully made this experience super easy. The price was very competitive and reasonable so we felt very comfortable making that decision on the spot. Overall, Hayden made this experience amazing. If I had a company that I owned, I would’ve offered him a job on the spot just because of his customer service and knowledge in this field. I definitely recommend!

I needed to have an issue fixed with the garage door in order to pass inspection to close on my mother's home. Precision Doors was quick to schedule an appointment and Riley gave me a heads up call before he came so that I could meet him at the home. He quickly identified the problem and although the issue was diagnosed I decided to go ahead and replace. Riley did the install quickly and efficiently and was able to offer a discount. From first contacting you a few days ago through the service being completed today we were very satisfied with the work completed. The person that took my call on Wednesday was courteous and asked all the right questions. We even had the opportunity to have service on that day. We opted for a few days later. Colton was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous. As soon as he started the project you could tell Colton "knew his stuff". He did a great job and we are very pleased. Initially we were looking for roller replacement and weather stripping replacement. He also found a frayed cable which obviously had to be replaced too. I am seventy six years old to start off with. I explained to Riley Holloway-Heim`that I was having difficultly raising the garage. He took a few minutes to check rollers, roller brackets for wear and tear on the bearings and roller track for areas that needed attention. Riley lubricated bearings and brackets for smooth operation. He then adjusted the spring for proper tension and made adjustment to both springs. Garage door opens and closes very easily. Riley and I talked a bit after the work was done. I enjoyed passing some of my life experiences on to him. It was a fun experience. Riley is a great asset to Precision Door Service.

Great customer service from the representative scheduling the appointment to the technician who came out. Same day service was needed for my garage door issue because I was not able to lift my door manually to get my vehicle out.
