I couldn't be more pleased! I had an emergency, spring broke and couldn't get the garage door up. That was 7:00am, door was working by 10:30am. I called them and they had a tech out in less than 2 hours. The Tech was friendly helpful and professional. All I needed was the springs on the door relaxed so I could make some structural repairs and he was done in less than 15 minutes. I can't say enough good about their Tech.

Top tier service straight out the gate! I was in desperate need of their service. Our family had to leave our home due to new floors being done in our home and all of sudden the garage went out. I called/text in a panic by noon they were there to save the day like a super hero. Definitely would hire them again and I will tell anyone who is willing to listen of the amazing work and customer service. Top Tier!

Chad did an amazing job. Called before arriving so i was ready for him. Routed all the wires neatly and showed me how to use the wall switch. Removed a flouresent light so the door would have room to operate. I'd recommend Precision for all garage door work.

One day service, had to replace a 22 year old motor. Technician had to make some modifications, and did a great job on the install of a new unit. Chad took his time to explain operation and programing remotes. Very pleased with the install of the new unit.

Within 90 minutes , Hayden was at my door , showed me what the problem was and fixed it . He also recommened replacing the original steel rollers with new nylon rollers . I was impressed with the different these new rollers made , quiet as a mouse . This company and it's service are second to none , excellent , honest service , they are the BEST .

I picked Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville because of an add in Mint Magazine but I will keep coming back because of Walter. He was very professional he was ti'm Lee and he didn't take advantage of me. I know nothing about garage doors he could have very easily sold me anything because I told him do whatever it takes to make it work. I appreciate honesty above all and I appreciate this company for employing people who were honest and forthright. Whenever my garage door needs servicing are any other problems arise this is the only company I will call from now on.
