Kyle was on time and thoroughly explained all of the product options. The installation was perfectly done and his cleanup was appreciated. Kyle also made it a point to explain all of the features of the garage door opener, battery backup, external keypad plus the safety features. He reviewed the proper maintenance procedures as well. He accomplished all of this in a friendly and professional manner.

Chad Martin was our technician and arrived promptly at 8AM Saturday morning,10-11-25. He was very pleasant, professional, and open to us communicating our concerns. He did not rush through or brush off our questions. Our garage door is 31 years old and needed some attention. He explained each process of him diagnosing the problem and presented our options. He was not pushy with the sales process but offered real solutions to our concerns and my wife's many questions. We feel that the services Chad provided will benefit us for many years to come. My wife was exceptionally pleased with his patience with her questions and getting her WIFI set up on her iPhone and car. Thank you for such great service Chad.

At 8:00 in the morning I realized my garage door would only go up halfway and stuck there. I called immediately to Precision and within 2 and 1/2 hrs later Noah the repair person was there. He looked over everything to see what the problem was. He went over all with me and prices. He also had a list of other repairs needed in the future but no pressure to make me feel all had to be done now. I had the initial repair done and one other thing replaced. He was courteous and respectful. My next repairs I will definitely request him. Precision is a great company. Their prices are very competitive and their service is exceptional I would not use any other company but them.

Aside from the price being right for me, the technician, Colton Coffel, was professional and not pushy in the way he approaches me with what NEEDED to be replaced: critical (cables and drums) not so critical (rollers and touch). From there I concluded that he is honest and that I’m going to go for Precision Garage. Why? Because he did not recommend to get my 21-year old Genie motor and accessories replaced. Colton says they’re still in good working condition. (Although in my opinion I may have to get them replaced in a year or two — just so I have a more reliable garage door opener, and I’m going to hire Precision again; and I’d like Colton to do the job — as a special request. The price range quoted is between $700 to $800 out the door. Hopefully, the price won’t go higher by then.) A few years ago there are two other companies that looked at the motor and they recommended to get it replaced! This tells me they’re just trying to sell products and don’t care much about their customers. I very strongly recommend Precision Garage to anyone looking for a trustworthy garage door service company.

All expectations were met, and the technician completed the adjustments in a timely manner, about 45 minutes. Charge was ridiculously high, $350, for standard cable adjustments, with no parts necessary for the adjustments. I did not realize a standard technician's time would be so crazy high. In my business on a home site repair basic repair of this sort, it would be at most $150, and that would be a fair price. I would highly recommend prospective customers to seek a company with less absurd charges.

I was able to get same day service. The technician, Walter, was communicative and arrived as planned. He explained how much the service was and cost of possible additional work. He repaired the door back to working condition. I would recommend this company.

Service Representative called to see if would like for him to come earlier than the original time, of course this perfect by us. We showed him the issue and he began looking at the springs and agreed that was our issue. He also pointed out other issues and priced it for our consideration, there was no forced or misleading information and the service representative accepted our decline at this time for additional service. The service representative replaced both springs and cleaned up any mess that was laying around on floor. The service representative was polite and friendly and completed the job very quickly.

The garage door, now about two or three years old, was not working. I called Precision because they installed the original door and replaced it efficiently. The technician called me to let me know he was coming. He was cheerful, polite, and completely informed about what he was doing. His courteous service did all the repairs and replacements needed. I can't remember when these garage doors were installed. I've called twice since then for service. Twice? Yes. Twice! Why so much? Because I enter my house via the garage door. As such they're used considerably more than most folks. So I call for service. In my mind it's more tweaking than service. Regardless these folks answer the call every time! No robo response. They show UP PROMPTLY and do more than I ask even when I ask them to. Over the phone I said adjust 1 door. When Cameron arrived I said check and adjust BOTH. He did so quite well. That's why I keep calling them back. Expert installation. Expert service. The people I meet CARE. Sets them apart from others. I'm greatfull! The options mention "spring repair". I select that only because there isn't a "spring adjustment" category.

I am so happy with Precision Garage door service. Justin and Dalton were great. I backed into my garage door before it was totally opened. They came the same day and were able to fix it at minimal cost to me. Fortunately Precision had fixed my garage door a month earlier. At that time they advised me to replace spring system. My home is fairly new and the builder’s spring system was not high quality. The new spring system prevented major damage. They even reattached the clips on my car that came loose from me hitting the garage door. That saved me a trip to the dealership. I highly recommend Precision Door!!!
