My garage door broke a spring and wire. Also the door opener had a couple issues that needed to be fixed as well. I decided to have a new garage door opener installed along with new springs and wire. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was able to come out and fix everything all in the same day I put a request in! Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job with the install. I would call Precision again and recommend them for any Garage Door service.

We started our Precision Garage Door project with a visit from Mr. McKinnon who was polite, professional, and provided us with expert advice in selecting the right replacement door. He also came up with a practical solution for an existing structural issue, which added next to nothing to the cost. The timeline he provided for job completion was spot on! The installation went just as efficiently! Chance and Kyle performed our install, and they were polite and professional as well! Clearly experts in their trade, the workmanship was outstanding. Chance patiently went over all the details at wrap-up and even programmed the remotes for our vehicles! Finally, the communication throughout our project was outstanding. From the office staff to the follow-up at completion, it could not have gone more smoothly. I’d recommend Precision Garage without hesitation!

The chain on one of the pulley mechanisms got twisted and our garage door wouldn't . close. This happened on a Sunday. We've used Precision Door in the past, so we called them, thinking that we'd have to leave a message and wait for a call back on Monday. Much to my surprise, a real person answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They came earlier than scheduled and fixed the door quickly. The gentleman was extremely nice and made sure that everything was working well before leaving. The customer service , which many businesses fall short on lately, was great and the pricing was very reasonable. I recommend Precision Door for any of your garage door needs.

Garage door cable shredded and called to have it repaired. An hour after calling for an appointment the technician arrived. Needed a new garage door opener due to age and lack of available parts. The installation was done cleanly, professionally, and in a reasonable amount of time. Technician took the time to cover all aspects of the new opener.
