Called Precision today around 3 p.m. installed was here about 40 minutes later. Installed two new garage doors and programmed three remotes. Worked constantly until after 7 p.m. And did a great job on the installation and clean up. Explained how to use the remotes, explained about the warranty. Good experience.

Starting from the company chat, they were great. However once the technician, Walter, came out it could not have gone any better. Walter was great! He exceeded all our expectations!!!! After reading do manny comenta on other companies this one came up. I can’t tell you happy and blessed I felt once Walter came out. He is such a great guy, I don’t foresee problems with my garage door in the near future, but if I do, I hope it’s Walter that comes back out. Dalton was very friendly and professional. He changed out my springs and bearings ( I didn’t know the bearings were bad till he pointed it out ) glad he was looking out for my best interests. Didn’t know garage door maintenance was a thing until yesterday. I called at about noon and someone was here at 4 same day. Great customer service over the phone.
