Noah did a great job and showed me what happened and what needed to be repaired. Because of price I was not able to replace the bearings or the rollers at this time. So I had to settle with operational, thanks to Noah my door is operational!

Precision is the best!! Same day appointments, great prices, and they are experts at fixing garage doors. They are super careful on your property, and they explain exactly what they will fix. They genuinely care about you and your property. They provide lots of options and will not make recommendations just to upsell you on a particular product. I trust these guys. Hayden was my technician. He clearly explained everything and was very careful to make sure my garage door will operate safely for years to come. Thank you!! I highly recommend Precision to my friends and family.

Very disappointed on how business was approached on last visit I was intending to have a new garage door opener installed. The quote I was given was pretty outrageous. I have used your services before. Colton did a great job and was very satisfied that is why I called for your services again. I would enjoy a phone call from someone in upper management to discuss in detail why I didn’t use your services this time. Respectfully, Viktor Kraenbring 302-218-6699

I was very impressed with your company. I called and you had someone out here within a little over an hour. Diagnosed my problem and fixed it. Your technicians were extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. They Went out of their way to be helpful and to help me understand what was wrong. I’m an 82-year-old woman and people are always trying to take advantage of me. Your guys were very polite and couldn’t do enough to help me move stuff out of the way. I’m very pleased with the job that they did. More companies need employees like the two guys that came out. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs your service. Thanks for the excellent service Carol Kasserman

Technician arrived on time and very thorough in his assessment of what needed done explaining the problem in detail and anticipated cost. Did a professional job in the time he said it would require. Demonstrated that the garage door was working correctly and cleaned up after finishing the job. Most impressed by his friendly demeanor and concern that we understood what all was done. Would highly recommend Precision to anyone. Thank you.

Used your service about 5 years ago, and my husband was very pleased. Though he has since passed, I rely on the companies and advice he left us. Your agent was on time, advised me of the process and gave me a price after his evaluation. Thank you, we are very pleased. Lizzie McIver
