I've used your company in the past which I was very satisfied with the quick responds and service that I had done. Which this time it was not just one major problem (garage door would not open) but it was other problems that needed to be replaced/updated sine my whole inside door unit was installed in the year 2001 when this house was first build. The service person who came out to check-out way it would not open noticed that he could do a quick fix to make it work again "but" it was going to happen again. Which he suggested that the "whole" complete operating system needed to be replaced in order to update with a "life time warranty system plus it would be transferable" if we would sell our house. P.S.! All this work was done on Saturday (weekend). Good job and service !!!!!

Your tech Tybius is a very impressive young man. He is excellent at what he does and is an outstanding representative for the superiority of your company over the competition. I am 89 years old and I have owned businesses and held high level management positions in a number of major insurance companies including president of one. I have hired many people and selected many to assume advancement within the company. If Tybius worked for me his file would definitely be marked "potential for a future management position". In the mean time give him a raise because you definitely do not want him to have any reason to seek other employment.

This is the second time we’ve had your company come and service our garage door in last 25 years I feel that’s great other people have have serviced every other year that’s awesome service record other people should look into. All the details were covered and fixed or replaced in very timely manner the service person was here within an hour of my call he completed the work within another hour now my garage door is working properly with less noise anyone I know I will tell them to contact you if they need to have work done on their garage door

The technician installed a piece metal so my garage door opener could attach to the door. The piece was too long so the screws don't properly attach to the door correctly. The piece of metal would have attached better if it was smaller or if the end of it was slightly bent. I was disappointed in the job.

For any issues that you may have regarding your garage door, please contact Precision. You will not be disappointed! They are prompted, provide great service and charge a reasonable fee. Technician Colton Coffell corrected our issue yesterday by re-aligning our safety eyes, recoding our remotes and helping us to change our pin pad batteries. This is the only company that I have ever utilized for any type of repair that provides a photo of the person who will be coming to perform the service and updates you via e-mail, etc. regarding their actual arrival time.

Kyle was on time and thoroughly explained all of the product options. The installation was perfectly done and his cleanup was appreciated. Kyle also made it a point to explain all of the features of the garage door opener, battery backup, external keypad plus the safety features. He reviewed the proper maintenance procedures as well. Chad Martin was our technician and arrived promptly at 8AM Saturday morning,10-11-25. He was very pleasant, professional, and open to us communicating our concerns. He did not rush through or brush off our questions. Our garage door is 31 years old and needed some attention. He explained each process of him diagnosing the problem and presented our options. He was not pushy with the sales process but offered real solutions to our concerns and my wife's many questions. We feel that the services Chad provided will benefit us for many years to come.
