On Thursday April 30,2026. Call Precision Garage Door Service. Spoke to Agent Ashley. She was very kind and courteous. She set up service for my garage for the same day. Technician Nathan V. Called before he arrived. He was kind and respectful to me and our property. He inspected the garage door ; the garage door spring had snapped. He quoted me a price and I accepted it. He truly was professionally trained. He had the specific tools to get the job done as well as the new springs I needed. He inspected the work he has completed and made sure that the garage door was properly installed and working. I appreciate Ashley and Technician Nathan V.for making this experience with Precision positive. Grateful to have a company that I can call and recommend to all my family and friends,. Thanks again for a job well done,

George Murray

Our tech Winston did a great job repairing our garage door. He had such a great friendly attitude. We were very appreciative of him. My daughter had used precision doors before and my neighbor so that’s why we chose them and I’m so glad we did. Also, they gave military discount to us which was appreciated. Thank you again Winston you did a great job.

Review: We highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Our door was very noisy and since it was over 20 years old it was time for replacement. Extremely quick service. Noah arrived on time and quickly assessed the entire door system. He was very personable and made the correct recommendations. He worked quickly and when finished went over all work done and quickly program all remotes and vehicles. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Noah as the installer. Again thank you all. We are so happy with our quite door opener and such great service.

Bad news first, the service to replace the door safety sensors was way over priced. The good news is the technician was very polite and pleasant to work with. However it took him less than 10 minutes to replace the sensors and it cost me over $500.00 to complete the work. Ultimately I approved the work so shame on me. In the future I'll look first to different company.

My daughter & son in law used Precision previously & highly recommended your company. Connor was my technician today & came right out the same day I called. I couldn’t get my car out of the garage as the door spring was broken. He diagnosed the problem right away & throughly explained everything to me. He is a very knowledgeable & professional employee. I hope you appreciate his hard work & dedication. I would give him five stars or higher as he met my expectations & beyond. A wonderful young man & an asset to your business!

You had someone at my house in less than 2 hours from my call. And he had multiple choices of openers, ON HIS TRUCK, and installed it the same day. Your installer, Nathan, was very professional and knowledgable. Arrived at 4 and finished by 6! Wow!
