Our house was struck by lightning & fried the garage door opener on a Friday night. Since Precision had installed the opener, we called them on Saturday morning. Micheal was there that afternoon, very professional & knowledgeable. Replacement installed & operational with no issues. Michael even reset the car buttons & explained operational changes. Such a pleasure dealing with a contractor that delivers what they advertise without trying to rip us off. Will recommend Precision to anyone.

The woman I spoke to was courteous and professional. She advised a technician would arrive in a few hours. The technician arrived promptly. He was very professional and courteous. He explained what was wrong with the door and what he was going to do to fix it. I appreciated his promptness and manners. I was so happy Precision could help me on the same day as my niece had her car parked in the garage and had to get to an Oncologist appointment in the morning. I replaced my garage door opener twelve years ago, using Precision. Everyone remarks how quiet it is. Since that time, when something goes wrong, I call you first. Yesterday the rubber pulley broke unexpectedly. Brian was here within two hours. Having had the springs replaced six months ago, I will have the pulley replaced. Next time the springs go, I will use Precision for a new door installation. Mine is wood, heavy and 34 years old. Precision is dependable, professional and most of all honest. Most highly recommend. Chad was wonderful and so polite! They offered to send someone out the day after I called, but I couldn't do that so we waited one day! Nate was very prompt, actually arriving ahead of schedule. We were having a minor issue with our garage door but also were interested in improving the mechanics since our door was super loud.
