AJ really knows his stuff. He set to work and measured and figured the size spring and then also replaced the wire, and other things that made it work beautifully and quietly. They were very fast to respond as I called at noon and the work was finished by 6:30 same day. Sean was very courteous and efficient. He really knew what he was doing and did it with greatest of ease and competence. I was closing my garage about 4:15 pm when I heard the loud bang of a broken garage door spring. I called Precision Door and got an appointment for between 10 & 12 am the next morning. They were prompt and I was on my way about 30 min later. Great Job !

The service was wonderful! Detailed, timely & very professionally done. They came when they said they were going to be here, I didn't have to wait all day wondering if & when they were going to show & the work was perfect! They clean up after as if they'd never even been there. I would definitely recommend this company & im a tough cookie to please! But 5 stars indeed for Precision!

When I researched garage door companies the one thing that stood out was that you have a very informative website and that you are on Angie's List. When I called to make an appointment Heather was really nice. My tech was Tim Van Vuren. He was very prompt ,courteous, explained everything to me & answered the questions I had patiently. He did an excellent job of installing the garage door opener, rollers and rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door! I give 5 stars to Tim as, again, he did an excellent job! Keep up the good work & great customer service as it's greatly appreciated!
