Garage door would close but would when it hit bottom it would open again. I called in the morning and was given a window of 12:00-2:00. They arrived before noon, worked on the door and relocated the garage opener. They were efficient, knew what they were doing. I have had my door replaced and a new opener installed and have been pleased with their service.

I will say our tech did an awesome job! However the complaint I have is to company policy of not backing parts by a warranty unless you get a package deal. Every part you can buy has a warranty at any store. They need to change this policy

The seal at the bottom of the garage door had come apart some time ago. We had seen one of your trucks in the area so we called to have you do the job. We were pleased to get an appointment quickly. The workman called to confirm the arrival time. He went right to work and also made sure to lubricate everything and inspect the entire unit. The cost of the repair was reasonable and there was no high pressure sales pitch. We will definitely recommend your company to friends and neighbors.

This is the 3rd time my door has needed springs. And every time, the tech, from a different company, said "it's just your door". I called your company, and Nate came out and pointed out the problems with my door. He replaced both springs, the cables and cable wheels, and the door wheels. The door works perfectly now, no sloppy, jerky movement. Great job Nate! Thank you!!!

Alan serviced our garage door today when it would go down halfway , then back up again. He changed out the spring system, torsion bar, bearings, and rollers quickly and efficiently. Our Service Tech was very professional and certainly knew his business! He did a garage door repair. The several little teeth on the chain that opens and closes the door had broken, so we couldn't open/close the garage door. Reasonable cost for the new chain and service call. Very Pleased!!
