From the fist call to set up the appointment to Jason coming out to give us his recommendation and perform the repairs, to following up after they were completed everything went smoothly. Chad gave me the estimate and his presentation helped me decide to go with Precision. When I called the office to say I would accept the proposal, I was told the person who would schedule the job was on the phone and would get right back to me. After waiting 5 hours, I called Chad and he took care of communications from then on. Based on the lack of a timely reply, you almost lost the job to a competitor.

Very pleased with your quick response. Chad was out the same day I called and was able to replace my broken torsion spring. I am not one for purchasing add-ons and upgrades but Chad showed me the wear and tear on my unit and I felt comfortable with the extra work down to replace the bearings. Will definitely be using Precision for future needs!
