I called your business to get an honest quote on repairing my garage door, that just needed a couple of new tracks and to attach the existing springs. The gentleman that I talked to told me that because my door had a cosmetic dent on the outside it would all need to be replaced. Instead of assuming I did not know what I was talking about, your man assumed I didn’t and quoted me over $1,500 for the cheapest replacement instead of listening to what I wanted and needed. Because of this I called Overhead Door Depot who sent a nice gentleman out who listened to what I wanted and needed and agreed that I did not need a whole new door and system and gave me an awesome quote and did an awesome repair job!! You need to have your technicians listening to what the customer wants, and not try to be salesman’s trying to update what they do t need. At some point i will replace the door because of the cosmetic dent. But I will be calling Overhead Door Depot for that!

I would give a negative star if I could. I was at work so my wife had to deal with the technician. After 10 minutes of looking at my garage he comes to the door and says "nothing we can do but replace the springs and opener" quotes us 1200 dollars. I told my wife to pay the service fee and send him on his way. Called another company out and it was a $80 fix! It was just wiring to the sensors. Basically I lost $50 to your company for trying to take advantage of a customer.

Very prompt and courteous service on a broken spring. I called Sunday and the service appointment was scheduled for Monday morning. The technicians called 30 minutes before their arrival and were here at 8:00. They presented me the various options and prices before starting the work. They decided that the first pair of springs they installed were not quite strong enough, so they removed them and replaced with a heavier pair. They checked for proper door balance and operation and were finished in about an hour. I am completely satisfied.

Garage door would close but would when it hit bottom it would open again. I called in the morning and was given a window of 12:00-2:00. They arrived before noon, worked on the door and relocated the garage opener. They were efficient, knew what they were doing. I have had my door replaced and a new opener installed and have been pleased with their service.

I will say our tech did an awesome job! However the complaint I have is to company policy of not backing parts by a warranty unless you get a package deal. Every part you can buy has a warranty at any store. They need to change this policy

The seal at the bottom of the garage door had come apart some time ago. We had seen one of your trucks in the area so we called to have you do the job. We were pleased to get an appointment quickly. The workman called to confirm the arrival time. He went right to work and also made sure to lubricate everything and inspect the entire unit. The cost of the repair was reasonable and there was no high pressure sales pitch. We will definitely recommend your company to friends and neighbors.

This is the 3rd time my door has needed springs. And every time, the tech, from a different company, said "it's just your door". I called your company, and Nate came out and pointed out the problems with my door. He replaced both springs, the cables and cable wheels, and the door wheels.
