The young man was prompt, polite, efficient. In just a few minutes he had spotted the problem, explained it to me and fixed it. Michael inspected the garage door, oiled it and was finished in about 20 minutes. Thank you for him solving what I thought was a major problem. I appreciate the fact that I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called.

Wife accidentally backed up on door, door jammed, trapped car inside on a very unusually cold winter week in North Florida. Called in for work order, Precision tried to send someone the soonest which was the next day. This is our first time to be serviced by Precision and we believe we are going to stay with these guys for future needs. Great job, great service, fair price. I was very satisfied with the performance and the prompt attention I received from Precision. I had a spring break late on a Saturday before New Years and had a technician at my house within 2 hours to complete all the work. He did a thorough inspection of the door and had it repaired within an hour. I highly recommend Precision for all your overhead door needs!!!

I'm new to the area; bought an older house; the garage door failed the wind mitigation report for the insurance company. There was already a Precision door opener in the garage, so I called Precision. Advise was professional from day one. I got the door on time, was installed exactly as promised, and all of the termite infested trim around the brick was replaced. Work time was finished exactly as promised. Couldn't ask for better service.

This is the second time we have used Precision. Both times I assumed I would need to buy a new garage door. Both times they arrived quickly to give us an estimate and both times they were able to fix the problem without having us purchase a new door. We will definitely be buying a new door in the near future but now we can save for it. Very honest and helpful company. It's not just about selling an expensive garage door. Customer service is top notch.
