Andreu did a fantastic job for us today. It took a bit of thinking and some work for him to figure out the problem, because the door was binding, occasionally and not opening unless the wired button in the garage was held down until the door closed. It wasn't the rollers or track alignment, but turned out to be the mounting bar from the opener to the door that was not installed properly. He fixed it after about 4 different setting attempts, and finally got it just right. It had been installed just a bit off. You are fortunate to have a man like this on your team. Thanks again for your assistance!

The young man was prompt, polite, efficient. In just a few minutes he had spotted the problem, explained it to me and fixed it. Wife accidentally backed up on door, door jammed, trapped car inside on a very unusually cold winter week in North Florida. Called in for work order, Precision tried to send someone the soonest which was the next day. I was very satisfied with the performance and the prompt attention I received from Precision. I had a spring break late on a Saturday before New Years and had a technician at my house within 2 hours to complete all the work. I'm new to the area; bought an older house; the garage door failed the wind mitigation report for the insurance company. There was already a Precision door opener in the garage, so I called Precision. Advise was professional from day one. I got the door on time, was installed exactly as promised, and all of the termite infested trim around the brick was replaced. Work time was finished exactly as promised. Couldn't ask for better service.

Awesome service, Frank meet me at the house at 1730, Frank start on install right of way, also he gave options of choices of opener install was quiet and quite efficient I watch him install the garage opener, and very professional and give me good suggestions about how quiet and nice was to see my garage door motor was very quiet. My Wife couldn't believe how quiet the Garage Door going up and down smoothly. Left the space nice and clean, look like he wasn't never there. Thanks for good service.
