He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and went over all of the repair options and pricing. He installed the new springs and had everything working in under 1 hour. Alan serviced our garage door today when it would go down halfway , then back up again. He changed out the spring system, torsion bar, bearings, and rollers quickly and efficiently. He was very personable, arrived 1 1/2 hours after I called for service, and explained everything to us. We even sat and watched him replace everything! Now, our garage door purrs like a kitten. Highly recommend!

Our Service Tech was very professional and certainly knew his business! He did a garage door repair. The several little teeth on the chain that opens and closes the door had broken, so we couldn't open/close the garage door. Reasonable cost for the new chain and service call. Very Pleased!!

I saw the adds on TV and also found some coupons in Mint magazine so I thought I would give Precision a call and I am glad that I did. They came same day, where actually able to come a little earlier than scheduled. The service person was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He made several arguments and it cost me the service call only, which I was very pleased with. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely call Percision again.
