I called Precision Door Service this morning. I think it was about 9:30. The lady that answered the phone said, they could come out between 12:00-2:00P.M., which was great for me. I received a call at 10:52A.M. from Riley Holloway-Heim and said if were ok with me, he was 15 mins from my location and asked if he could come then. I said, perfect, and he was exactly on time. He checked my garage door, told me what the problem was and had it fixed in 45 mins or less. He was very nice. I would highly recommend Riley Holloway-Heim, with Precision Door Service . In fact, I have.

So I bought this house six months ago it was built in 1972 I believe they change the garage door once 30 years ago. I came home for lunch drove in my garage and when I push the button to close the garage half of it fell off the hinges. I called around to A few neighbors and two of them gave me precision number. I called some other numbers as well and no one could come out the same day next week they’ll call me back. Etc. etc. etc. I called precision and the woman said she’ll have a technician out there in 20 to 30 minutes. Alan came in 20 minutes. Very professional easy to talk with explain what needs to be done in lay terms. He gave me a couple of estimates. Gave me time to think it over and call my dad. And we came up with a plan. I also received a military discount. And he took care of it he had everything he needed on the truck. I was very very very impressed. He also told me they usually do same-day services. So that’s where my five star rating comes from.

Awesome technician, Wesley was above and beyond. Straightforward. Checked everything, replaced what needed replaced. Listened to bad jokes and even acted like they were funny. $20 an hour technician only. $25 an hour if you watch. $30 an hour if you help. Just kidding. Very professional job!

Replaced spring and cable for the garage door. On time arrival, surveyed what work to be done. Inspected the status of the garage door as well as the unit for garage door opener. Noticed that the railing is all bent (probably) the cause of the broken spring. Advised to open and close garage door manually vice using wall mount garage door opener or hand held opener. Advised also that since the unit still is under warranty to call the manufacturer for replacement of the rail. Nate Lewis was very thorough in his assessment of the task and then some. He explained to me what work to be done in order to have an understanding of the job itself. Very thorough and meticulous in what has been tasked. Definitely if and when another door garage maintenance or replaced, I will be without hesitation recommend Precision to do the work.

I came home on a Friday after work and motor on garage door opener seized up and wouldn't open. At 5pm I called and they made appointment for 8am Saturday and showed up at 8am. The motor was under their lifetime warranty and only paid $69 for service call. They were prompt and friendly.

I called at 10:30 and Dalton was here at 11:35. He was professional, personable, pleasant and knowledgable. He called for an extra technician to install new motors on 2 doors, adjusted the doors and replaced the gasket on the bottom of 1 door and the rollers. I was very pleased with the service.

I had a garage-door opener installed on Feb. 3, 2022, and I couldn’t be happier. There was no way I could possibly lift that door open before the opener was installed. Reggie, the tech who installed it, was completely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The only problem was that I had a hard time getting the model number and serial number required to register my warranty. They should have been included on my receipt or invoice, or on the owner’s booklet that came with the opener.

We have used Precision in the past and were very happy with the tech and the work performed so when we needed another garage door repair it was a no brainer to call Precision again. Spring broke on a Saturday and repairs were done first thing Monday morning.
