I was disappointed in the warranty. I needed the paper warranty although I was in their system for purchasing a garage door opener. They claimed that it may have been a previous owner of the home. I told the guy we built the home and I could show him documents but they still charged me $640 to fix my garage door. The repair guy didn't like me questioning him about the warranty. I was uncomfortable having to pay for something that was suppose to have a lifetime warranty.

Jason arrived as promised. After short assessment of the problem he explained the options for the repair. After short conversation we authorized the service package to be performed. He indicated that the job should take him 90 minutes. After 75 minutes I heard the garage door open and close. Checked a few minutes later and the job was completed and the area cleaned up spotless. Jason is not just very professional, he is also very easy going and personal. He great Ambassador for the company.

I had an awesome experience today. the service person that came today was so professional. knowledgable and courteous that I decided to only use Precision Door Service and to recommend the service to neighbors and friends. The worker took time and was extremely patient when explaining what he was doing and how the garage door worked. He made recommendations about future services and how I could prolong the life of door. and suggested that if ever I decided to install a new garage door, to contact Precision.

Tech Jerimiah called before arriving and also arrived at the time given to me by the office. Jerimiah was professional and knowledgeable on my opener and made sure everything worked and that I was satisfied with the results. I will not use anyone else for problems which may arise with my garage door. Also when I called I was given a time for the next day due to the time I placed the call, but after telling them of my problem they worked me in on the same day. Thank you for the job done well.

Shane Vanburen came out and installed a new garage door opener and oiled the old garage door rollers. My uncle came by the next day and I told him to open the garage door to remove something. I needed a new seal on a 20 year old door. Precision came same day and fixed it in an hour. Tim (technician) was very professional...the kind of in-home technician you don't mind coming to your home. Very quick, polite and personable. I will definitely use them to replace my door in the future.

Outstanding service... Jeff did an excellent job explaining things about the system and answered all my questions. He adjusted the springs and gave the door a tune-up. It now works as it should. He also showed me what to look for in problem areas and what to expect with the age of my door and system.

Micheal came out today to help with a broken garage door. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional.
