I called them and they had a tech out in less than 2 hours. The Tech was friendly helpful and professional. All I needed was the springs on the door relaxed so I could make some structural repairs and he was done in less than 15 minutes. I can't say enough good about their Tech.

This company was listed at the top of Google search and had the most reviews. The technician lived up to the reviews. Not only did he immediately know what was wrong, he explained everything that he did. I'm truly happy I called them and will continue from here on.

Top tier service straight out the gate! I was in desperate need of their service. Our family had to leave our home due to new floors being done in our home and all of sudden the garage went out. I called/text in a panic by noon they were there to save the day like a super hero. Definitely would hire them again and I will tell anyone who is willing to listen of the amazing work and customer service. Top Tier!

Chad did an amazing job. Called before arriving so i was ready for him. Routed all the wires neatly and showed me how to use the wall switch. Removed a flouresent light so the door would have room to operate. I'd recommend Precision for all garage door work.

One day service, had to replace a 22 year old motor. Technician had to make some modifications, and did a great job on the install of a new unit. Chad took his time to explain operation and programing remotes. Very pleased with the install of the new unit.

Thie is the second time we have used Precision and we are very satisfied with both experiences. Today Walter did work for us and did a great job. He presented me with my options, not trying to oversell the job, and went above and beyond to complete the job to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.

I picked Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville because of an add in Mint Magazine but I will keep coming back because of Walter. He was very professional he was ti'm Lee and he didn't take advantage of me. I know nothing about garage doors he could have very easily sold me anything because I told him do whatever it takes to make it work. I appreciate honesty above all and I appreciate this company for employing people who were honest and forthright. Whenever my garage door needs servicing are any other problems arise this is the only company I will call from now on. Thank you for employing such good employees please and having such a good company that is honest and has honor.

Saw an ad in Money Pages and decided it may be good to have the door serviced. I didn't expect that it would include all that it did.

I called 3 different companies this was the only one that actually answered the phone and had someone knowledgeable enough to speak to me. They sent someone out the same day that I called which I thought was remarkable. They sent to gentlemen named Reggie and he was fantastic. He spotted what was wrong immediately and fixed it quickly. I did not realize that the door had jammed at the top. He fixed it in no time and I was not charged very much for the immediate response to my service request. I highly recommend this company.
