Very satisfied with the service of Precision. Frank explained the problem and how he would fix the garage door opener. More important, he listened and understood that I plan on replacing the garage door and opener in the near future; therefore, didn't want to put a lot of money into it today. He also provided me with information on their different garage door/opener products. Frank was very patient and answered all my questions.

Technicians did a great job...personable, professional, arrived early, finished ahead of schedule...cleaned up after themselves. The price was a little on the high side, but the lifetime warranty makes it worthwhile, I think. Nice job, guys!

We have been very satisfied each time we have had any dealings with your concern. When you installed our garage door, the men were very professional and did a wonderful job. Today, April 15, 2016 we had to call because our garage door would not close properly. Michael, your employee, kept me posted as to when he would be here, as his previous job took a little longer. He is a fine young man, found my problem and repaired it in a short time. He was very polite, friendly, and did a very good job correcting my problem. We recommend him very highly, as we did the former young men. It appears you have a very good group of employees. Thanks so much for such super and prompt service. I vote 5 stars.

Kody Hohman did a fantastic job of repairing my problem garage door. He replaced rollers with ball bearing Nylon units that really quieted the door. He also replaced missing nuts on door hinges that were causing the door to malfunction. I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to use Precision in the future. Excellent company
