Mike Danforth arrived ahead of time and quickly sized up the issue -- frayed cables and a broken spring. We ended up replacing springs, cables and rollers on two of the doors, which he accomplished quickly and efficiently even while waiting on a resupply of some of the needed material. Not cheap, but I wasn't surprised. Mike is personable, polite and knows his business. Very satisfied with his service.

Hayden was professional and kind and solved the problem of the door not staying closed in just a few minutes. He also relubricated the joints, wheels and bar where the chain runs (sorry, I lack the proper terminology). Thanks for everything!!
