Your tech, Alan, called in advance, just like I had requested he do as he was heading to our house. He stated that he was running 'early', and actually asked if it was okay to arrive prior to his scheduled appointment time. (You are sitting down reading this, right?!?) Once he arrived and surveyed the problem (broken spring), he called me back with two estimates; one with a cheaper alternative in cost. I'm the one who chose the higher priced spring, not Alan, with the longer warranty. Within the hour, he and his helper were done, door tested, and verified everything was in good working order. All of the broken materials had been removed, and the area had been swept. These type repairs are never budgeted for, nor are they cheap by any means, but when you receive the options up front, and the service provided by your company every step of the way, it makes spending this amount of money on a garage door repair that much more palatable. Thanks for providing myself and my wife today a truly pleasurable Customer Service experience!

I chose Precision because I used them years ago (possibly 2005). Can't remember what they did, but never had a problem afterwards. Found that old paperwork, got the name, Precision, and knew who that's who I wanted to call. Ryan Smith was totally awesome. Good, hard worker and totally polite, which you don't always find. Technician showed up on time and very professional. He suggested some things as future needs but did not try to oversale me on anything. Was here about 2 hours replacing all rubber seals. Replaced rollers on one of my doors and lubricated both doors. Highly impressed with this company as he reached out to another technician that he needed more supplies very quickly. I would definitely call them out again. This service exceeded my expectations as now we have quietly closing doors. Gives Angie’s List or military discount.

I selected your company based on the information given in the advertisement in Mint magazine. I was impressed by the short amount of time it took to schedule an appointment. The technician called and gave me the time he would be here. Upon his arrival, he checked out everything and explained what needed to be done and the cost.When the job was completed,he double check to make sure was everything was working. I was very pleased with the work.The technician was polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

One of our garage door sensors was malfunctioning and given that Precision had helped us out last year with a problem, we had no hesitation in calling them. Michael came out and fixed the problem quickly. He also offered some sound advice about the motors on our three garage doors but with out pressuring us to do anything. Just good sound advice. There is zero doubt that we will use Precision again. They are prompt, efficient, friendly, professional and their prices are fair.

Dear Mr. Sheppard, With pleasure I will tell you my take on todays service on my garage door. The young man (Gilbert) came out around 11am today. He went right to work--after sizing up the problem. He answered any and all questions we had, all the while--working. He never skipped a beat--he was in control of just what to do next, including answering all our questions (mine and my daughters). After explaining just what had gone wrong with my door, we decided to just add new "springs" for today. He took just a few minutes and the job was done and all was well. He further explained about my garage door opener and said it probably needed replaced--but that it could last a while longer. He was not pushy, and did not try to push something on me that could possibly wait. I explained that my son would put a new door opener in and that he in fact used to do this for another well known company. He finished and left me with a door which opened and closed properly. If I had a company like yours, I would be very glad to have "Gilbert" work for me and represent my company, I would welcome an employee like him in any kind of company. I am a retired "First level manager for Bellsouth"--I know a little about quality. Sincerely, Ruth G. 5-star. In your advertising I liked the Saturday at no extra cost. Also it detailed what was included in the nylon roller install. I liked both Gilbert Brown and Wes. I thought they were straight forward and honest. They last company we used the technician used profanity and complained about his job. Also the person on the phone was vague about the cost for services. I did not trust the technician or the company. I will use Precision again if needed.

Michael Gavanditti came and quickly saw what was causing our problem. He installed new springs which solved the issue. Michael called to see if we wanted him to come early, which we were happy about. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. Should we need additional assistance, we would request Micheal. Because of people like Michael we will call Pecision for any garage door issues.

I have seen advertisements for Precision but my neighbor recommended this company because she was very happy with the service provided. A 10 am appointment was scheduled and at 9:36 am I received a call to say they were on the way and arrived promptly. After a full examination of my garage door not opening, I was given a few options in full detail. Ryan is a gentleman, very polite and knowledgeable and helpful. We reviewed the options with a full explanation of each so I could make a decision right for my needs and budget.
