Excellent, responsive service! I was surprised that the company could react that quickly to my broken garage door problem -- and perform the repair so quickly. The techs (Tim, and his trainee) were knowledgeable and friendly, and did a superb job faster than I would have expected. All and all, a very good repair/maintenance experience. needed Bay #2 repaired (sticking, not opening fully). Tech Identified sun causing outer seals sticking to door face (not the bottom seal, as I suspected). Made adjustments, lubed door, adjusted opener travel limits. Confirmed repair, and door is operating properly (and quietly)/ Received quote for opener install on Bay #3, and may place an install order in the near future..

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The technicians installed a new garage door opener in only 35 minutes and hauled away my old system.
