Mr Sheppard, I have ignored answering your message about my garage door thst your co installed Jan 23. The reason we changed the other door was because it was old and leaking. To my surprise this is the worse thing I have ever hired replace as it leaks all the way across and I had to squeeze buckets of rain water out of my towels this week. I also had three live earth worms under the sandbags when I moved them. I called right after the first rain and a young man came out here and said as usual the concrete was unlovely. This week was the worse yet. I am 78 years old and my husband is here and disabled. Now we have ordered a strip of something to put across the bottom at $330.00 more dollars and I think it will just pour under it too. I have to wait a couple weeks for my brother in law to come from Ga to install it. Never have I ever seen such poor quality work. Would never recommend your co to anyone. Thank you for reading, Marie Thomas 4628 Baden kane Jacksonville, fl, phone 9043810025, thanks for reading done have a problem with any of the techs as I guess they tried.

When we needed a garage door opener/installation for our new home, there was only ONE phone call to make: Precision Door. We have lived in Jax for almost 20 years and only use and recommend Precision Door for anything garage door related. They are professional, fair, honest and their work is solid and has a warranty they stand behind. We tell all of our neighbors to use Precision Door and have peace of mind. Recently, Nate and Brian did our garage door and torque master install and as per usual, another professional and quality job from Precision Door. One phone call is all you need.

Received excellent service today from Chad Martin. Our garage door was very noisy at closure. Though the reason was not obvious, Chad determined the cause and made the necessary adjustments in a very timely manner. He was polite throughout the process, and also consulted with a colleague who suggested increasing the power used by the opener in order to move our heavy door even more smoothly. Bottom line, the noise problem was resolved and the door now moves more smoothly than before.
