I called Precision on Monday, the technician came on Tuesday and fixed the problem. Fast and great service. Before Precision I called another company and they never called back. Plus, the technician gave us a couple of options on prices. Definitely I recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Came out and acted like everything was falling apart and quoted $1800 to replace motor and springs. Got the job done with another company for less than $500 Get a second opinion!

My double garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called Precision Garage Door and a technician arrived within the hour. Riley inspected the system and showed me the extensive rust and corrosion on the 2nd spring and assembly parts. I decided to have both springs and assembly repaired. Riley was very professional and efficient and did an outstanding job. The door shocked my wife and I on how literally whisper quiet it was after his repair,

Technician Riley arrived at the scheduled time. He experienced the issues I had opening and closing the garage door with the new opener that was installed eight months ago. He quickly identified the issue: vibration had loosened bolts that caused the sensitive computer in the unit to cause problems. He tightened the bolts and the problem was solved...and at no charge to me.

They have taken care of us and showed up early. When you hear between 8 to 10 it usually is 11:30 when other vendors show up. Precision showed up at 8a. Love it.

I called Precision and within 30 minutes I had a technician onsite and from the start he was very courteous and professional. Within 15 minutes he inspected the damage and gave me a quote which I thought was fair, and he started to work. Within 3 hours he had completely overhauled my entire garage door system to include new springs, rollers and bearings and the wire pulley system. My garage door operates like a brand new door. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone who needs their garage door repaired or replaced!

I chose Precision Garage Door because industry experts told me that they were the best in the Jacksonville area. They helped me install custom wood garage doors, the latest LiftMaster opener technology. They then came back immediately to help when we had a sensor alignment issue (likely from contractor traffic) and also helped get the openers connected to MyQ so I could monitor, open and close my doors from anywhere in the world. Looking forward to signing up for garage delivery with Amazon Key next!

Percision Door is who I call now for garage door installation or service. We purchased a new Genie garage door opener in 2023 to replaced our old unit. Wow…the new Genie garage door opener was so smooth and quiet! We like the WiFi feature the most of our new unit. You can open the door for anyone while away from your home. I’ve opened the door for FedEx to drop off large boxes in the garage while raining. Percision Door just completed a service call today to inspect and repair our system that was affected by all the power surges last week while on vacation. One call today and Percision Door arrived within a few hours to fix our system. One call and our garage door was smooth and quiet again. Please reach out to Percision Door for your next garage door need. Riley and Kyle have both provided the best professional service.

He also replaced a broken and cracked brackett.

We are so pleased with the service we received from Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville. Precision's two-man crew arrived exactly as scheduled, assessed the needed work on a 20+ year old garage door opener and parts, spent two hours making the selected upgraded/repairs at the agreed upon cost. They ensured all the programing was in working order and removed all the scrap material from the property. Importantly, price point options on materials were discussed and selections were made prior the work starting. There were no surprise add-on charges as the job was completed.

Always so dependable! Precision exceeded expectations again. Booked a next-day appointment online. My representative Hayden was professional but friendly, fast but thorough, knowledgeable but able to break down the process and solutions in a way I could understand while being clean and careful. I won’t use any other garage door service than Precision!!
