Called for routine checkup and Mitchell conducted a very thorough review of our door and its functionality. Been a few years since we had it serviced, so wasn't surprised that a few items needed attention. Mitchell replaced several hinges with cracks in them, and installed a few hinges where there weren't any installed before. Also replaced the molding strip across the bottom of the door. Maintenance is not something to be ignored, so very glad we called for a review of our door, and VERY glad to interact with Mitchell - an outstanding service rep whom kept me informed of everything he did.

My garage door was installed approximately 20 years ago. One of the springs broke and the door could not be opened. I called Precision Door Service at 2 PM on Tuesday and 2 technicians arrived at 8 AM on Wednesday. In addition to repairing the broken spring, I was given advice regarding preventative maintenance on other components that were nearing their useful life (rollers, bearings and lift motor). I was able to make an informed decision regarding addressing these items now rather than later. All the parts necessary to do the additional work was in their truck, so an additional service call was not necessary. Both technicians were courteous, professional and left the work area clean when they were done. In addition, Precision Door Service provides a Military and 1st Responder discount.

Our 18 year old garage door opener died on us, and we called Precision after 5:00 p.m. on Monday. They arranged for a technician to come out between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 on Tuesday! And at 8:00 Kaleb came out to assess the situation. It was clearly time to replace the unit and he did a fantastic job. Very professional, thorough, efficient, and he explained step-by-step the operation of the new unit. They have my highest recommendation for garage door service and I asked him to kindly leave their contact information so if I ever need service again, for sure I'll go with Precision!

Hayden came out yesterday (03/29/2024) to do routine maintenance on our door and to assess the trim on the outside. He was friendly and efficient and completed his work in a timely manner. With the weekend, I was worried that no one would be able to fix the door for several days and that the garage door would be stuck in that position.. The team was knowledgeable and efficient. They even saved my old unit in case I could resell parts/the unit. I heard a beeping the day after and thought it was a malfunction in the new unit. Turns out, my old unit’s battery was beeping after being disconnected. They came out and checked everything out anyway at no extra charge.
