Technician Riley arrived at the scheduled time. He experienced the issues I had opening and closing the garage door with the new opener that was installed eight months ago. He quickly identified the issue: vibration had loosened bolts that caused the sensitive computer in the unit to cause problems. He tightened the bolts and the problem was solved...and at no charge to me.

They have taken care of us and showed up early. When you hear between 8 to 10 it usually is 11:30 when other vendors show up. Precision showed up at 8a. Love it.

I called Precision and within 30 minutes I had a technician onsite and from the start he was very courteous and professional. Within 15 minutes he inspected the damage and gave me a quote which I thought was fair, and he started to work. Within 3 hours he had completely overhauled my entire garage door system to include new springs, rollers and bearings and the wire pulley system. My garage door operates like a brand new door. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone who needs their garage door repaired or replaced!

I chose Precision Garage Door because industry experts told me that they were the best in the Jacksonville area. They helped me install custom wood garage doors, the latest LiftMaster opener technology. They then came back immediately to help when we had a sensor alignment issue (likely from contractor traffic) and also helped get the openers connected to MyQ so I could monitor, open and close my doors from anywhere in the world. Looking forward to signing up for garage delivery with Amazon Key next!

Percision Door is who I call now for garage door installation or service. We purchased a new Genie garage door opener in 2023 to replaced our old unit. Wow…the new Genie garage door opener was so smooth and quiet! We like the WiFi feature the most of our new unit. You can open the door for anyone while away from your home. I’ve opened the door for FedEx to drop off large boxes in the garage while raining. Percision Door just completed a service call today to inspect and repair our system that was affected by all the power surges last week while on vacation. One call today and Percision Door arrived within a few hours to fix our system. One call and our garage door was smooth and quiet again. Please reach out to Percision Door for your next garage door need. Riley and Kyle have both provided the best professional service.

I will choose Persision doors again and give the best recomendation to my friends. Give Rialy a raise or a bonus, he deserves it.. He replaced my springs, rollers and added bracketts. He also replaced a broken and cracked brackett.

Precision's two-man crew arrived exactly as scheduled, assessed the needed work on a 20+ year old garage door opener and parts, spent two hours making the selected upgraded/repairs at the agreed upon cost. They ensured all the programing was in working order and removed all the scrap material from the property. Importantly, price point options on materials were discussed and selections were made prior the work starting. There were no surprise add-on charges as the job was completed.

Always so dependable! Precision exceeded expectations again. Booked a next-day appointment online. My representative Hayden was professional but friendly, fast but thorough, knowledgeable but able to break down the process and solutions in a way I could understand while being clean and careful. I won’t use any other garage door service than Precision!!

Made appointment thru the website. Easy to follow process. Repairman let me know he was running a little late, arrived as promised based on his call. He diagnosed the issue(broken spring), explained the solutions and pointed out alternatives. Provided pricing and options. Prices were within anticipated ranges. His repairs were complete and he fully explained warranty process and recommended owner servicing. Door is functioning properly and is much quieter.

Been in my house about 9.5 years the garage door began having issues closing (it would get within 1-2 feet of the ground and retract). I did basic troubleshooting with the sensors and Down settings but nothing worked. I called to schedule repair and the lady that helped me was very friendly, able to schedule for my preferred timing (the next morning), and provided all information I asked for such as how pricing worked. Dalton called in advance of arriving and arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled window. He was personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed issues and was able to show me how/why things were issues. He provided the estimate and went over options that could lower/raise the amount and also that I could remove anything I wanted. Can't lie that the estimate was pricey but we decided to move forward, especially since Dalton had everything needed for the repair on his truck and could perform the repair right then and there. I asked how long it might take and he said 1.5-2 hours. He wrapped up right around 1.5 hours and showed me the work. He was thorough and obviously took pride in doing good work. He also programmed the door code to my choice. Although it was more expensive than I expected, I am very pleased with the work and the experience. They delivered on everything they said and I didn't feel like I was just being sold a bill of goods for a money grab. Will definitely use again for future needs.

Precision is a good name for your business. You were efficient and professional from start to finish, from Mark doing the estimate to Dan and Tristan installing a much-needed new garage door. A neighbor recommended you, plus I saw your ad/coupon in Mint Magazine. A garage door is a big deal. Thanks for everything!
