I called after 6pm on Tuesday and had my garage door fixed on Wednesday. Fast reliable service. Riley was our technician he explained everything very well and didn't push anything on us. He was very polite, honest and respectful of our property. He paid attention to detail and made sure everything was in working order. We had new springs and a new garage door opener installed.

Your company installed our garage door so we wanted you to repair the problem. We appreciated the very fast response. Your service man was very courteous and professional and diagnosed the problem right away. A lizard had gotten into the garage opener and shorted the control panel and itself out. Many thanks to him for a quick repair. Richard Powell

Hayden was great! Reached out to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could get started earlier than planned. Then was super informative with the work that was needed and gave input based on his experience without being pushy. Great service! Thank you!

Precision is great. I’ve used them twice now at one of my rental properties. First to replace and service the springs, chain, etc. This time, they replaced the motor assembly, remotes and keypad. They were professional, timely, thorough, and did a sound job all in one stop.

Hayden came out today and got my broken garage door taken care of. He was excellent and answered every question I had. Would ask for him specifically if I needed more work in the future. May not be a bad idea to give him a raise. Can tell he has a lot of pride and was great to deal with.

Same day emergency services. Friendly knowledgeable technician, Cameron. I’ve used Precision before and consider them the only one to call. Today replaced 20 year old unit with new opener. Precisely replaced broken springs and sensors.

Matthew was amazing during the estimate process! Quick same day arrival. He made the decision very easy for me. Very personable.

Margaret Gannaway

When Matthew came by to give me an estimate for my Garage Door, he is very personable and answered all of my questions. He's very attentive to the environment to make sure I had everything that I needed. When Dan and Franklin came to replace the garage door, they were on time, pleasant and did a great job. They even cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door for anyone who is looking for a new door. Their price is comparable to other quotes I got, but their service was much more individualized.

I was frantic and called Precision they came out within the hour and guided me in what can be done . My technician Ron was absolutely amazing very polite knowledgeable on time and didn’t waste anytime getting my garage back explaining how to maintain it. I not only recommend Precision but ask for Ron as the technician. Great job!

Your tech did a great job!! Door is running smoothly and quietly!!

Bridget Omberg

We had a relative run into our garage door with their car, and wanted to fix it as affordably as possible and avoid taking a hit on the car insurance (car was completely fine, just got a touch of paint on her license plate cover lol). Cameron was awesome!!! He was super awesome and did not try to upsell me at all! He told me he repairs more often than replacements, but he was also honest about how much he could realistically do for me (one part that had rolled could be buffed out some but may lead to panel gap, the handle that broke off the front couldn’t be replaced, etc). I asked about replacing just the bottom two panels because the top two were free of defect, but the cost between replacing two panels was so close to replacing the door that it just made more sense to do that. I can’t stress enough that I felt like our choice to replace the door was OUR choice, we weren’t pressured into anything and that was refreshing. I am excited for our beautiful new door and would recommend this company!!

Shawna Hadaway

Cameron was wonderful. Explained everything in detail. He gave me options. He was very understanding and worked with me on pricing. He was extremely knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable about reaching out in the future if need be. He was very kind and friendly. I enjoyed meeting him and will recommend him and Precision. I could go on. Obviously a wonderful company who takes pride in their work.

Received a courteous response from Ms Latoya when I called with the problem of my garage door. Received a prompt call from the technician ( Michael G.) of his approximate arrival time and what would happen upon arrival. Michael’s knowledgeable expertise and professionalism during fixing of my garage door provided a comforting feeling my garage door would be fixed. Once the work was complete Michael G explained the warranty. Thank you!
