Chad was fantastic. He knew just what to look for, solved my problem, and then offered to help program my keypad, and both cars. then he offered to tighten up the spring to make the door lighter to do manually. None of that is what he came for, but he just knew everything to do. So happy with his service.

only bright spot was the installer. Spent about $500 on a genie opener that came with ONE remote and is not compatible with my Clicker remote keypad. So have to go buy a remote keypad and another remote. Seems even mid range genie products at home depot have two remotes and a keypad?!?!

Tim Van Vuren was our technician and he did a fabulous repair job everything was explained and options offered. New springs, cables,rollers, rod bearings and one hinge replaced. Our 40 year old door now has new life all done in around an hour and at a fair price. PDS is the best very satisfied.

We had our garage springs and coils get into a fight with an electric cord and I thought we were totally in for it. Precision got our tech, Nate, out within 18 hours of the call. Nate was super knowledgeable, explained what went wrong and what would need to be fixed, as well as pricing before working. Based on the low price we also asked for a quote and wound up replacing our old garage opener with a belt led silent opener. Nate set more than proper expectations for the level of noise to go down, and we were blown away by just how silent our system is now! I also appreciate Nate sharing that I shouldn’t WD40 my garage door #firsttimebuyerproblems. We were referred by our neighbor and would refer others to precision!

Outstanding service!! Called around 2:00pm to set up a time to fix my 2 car garage door on a Friday afternoon before a 3 day holiday weekend. The person set an appointment between 4-6 pm that day for someone to be out to fix the problem. Tim ( exceptional service tech ) called within a hour and said we would be able to be there early. I rarely have repair personal work quickly and professionally at my house. He explain clearly the options I had…once approved he accomplished the work quickly not missing anything and 45 minutes later I have a garage door back in action working better that ever. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GARAGE DOORS OF JACKSONVILLE!!!

Precision Garage Doors was selected over other companies because I had used them previously and because of their ad in Money Magazine and reviews listed. Chad was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained why the garage door opener needed to be replaced if I wanted to use a remote opener. He offered me two options and explained the warranty on both. He also explained maintenance and what should be replaced later. This company has competitive prices and their service cannot be beat. .
