5/5 star company in everything. Online scheduler is the best. Communication and text updates throughout. On-site, next-day repair and service with multiple options. To top it off, they have some awesome technicians. Dalton and Ray were friendly, respectful, and knowledgable. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

They did a fantastic job on the garage door! Michael G. the technician was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining and performing the door repair, thank you so much for the outstanding job .

Excellent job! Colton was very good at his job of fixing my garage door. When he told me it had not had several replacements since 2001, that explained everything. The cost was high, but has a 5 year warranty. He made a list, and I did too, of things to replace, repair, etc. He said the company trained him to do this. I am an educator and value training like this. I will be recommending Precision at our next board meeting and to other garage owners on our property and of course to our CAM, property manager on site. Thank you for an excellent job and share this with Colton. Susan Oliver

This was another great experience with Precision. I have recommended them to multiple family members and friends, and the outcome has been the same. They may be a little higher, but reliability, professionalism and quality is guaranteed based on our experiences.

Once again, Precision does a superior job! Michael was on time, called in advanced, professional, and knowledgeable! I have my dependable new key pad, which is the reason I called. However, Michael noticed how loud my garage door was opening and closing. IT IS NOT LOUD ANY MORE thanks to Michael. I am so appreciative for Michael and all the staff at Precision! This company hires the best. I am NEVER told of anything I don’t need. Costs are very reasonable but most of all, a company I can depend on. THANK YOU!!!

Our job involved replacing two 38 year old doors and openers. Dan, our installer arrived ahead of schedule. After introductions, he went right to work. Dan was very methodical. You could tell he was experienced and took pride in his work. When the job was finished, he vacuumed and left our garage probably cleaner than at the start. Before leaving Dan gave me an overview of all the new features and answers to all my questions. Dan completed the work in a little under 7 hours. I'm completely satisfied with the work, and highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Precision was quick to come out after our house was struck by lightning and killed our garage door opener. Noah was an excellent technician trying his hardest to help us from having to purchase a new one. Unfortunately it didn't happen but he had all the parts on his truck and was able to install the new one right there. We've used Precision in the past and will continue to do so.

Our garage door system broke unexpectedly and I contacted Precision and was able to secure a same day appointment. Not only did Walter do an amazing job he helped to make the cost more affordable and cleaned up everything we moved during the install. I really appreciated his above and beyond service not to mention he was very knowledgeable and polite.

We experienced a lightning strike near our house that zapped our garage door opener. We contacted Precision and they sent Cameron out the next day. He determined that our unit was fried and needed to be replaced. Cameron gave us a couple of options and pricing for replacement. Cameron then had our old unit down and the new unit, including sensors and wall button, installed quickly. He then reprogrammed our old remotes, keypad and both our vehicles. Cameron did great work and was very professional. We will use Precision for any future work we need and will specifically ask for Cameron.

Got my original opener in 2016, and it's been flawless. Then, a main spring broke recently, and Precision did a great job getting it replaced with two new ones (for balance). Great work!

A precision technician was servicing a neighbor's garage door. I had to same tech stop & service our door. With an opener destroyed by a lightening storm I called Precision again because of the quality of the tech from a few years back. Another tech this time but, the same outstanding service. I absolutely recommend Precision & will use them again.

Donald Bush

Fast same day service and a remarkable young man who did a great job. Appreciate the repair.

I used your company in 2001 And I liked the work that was done... Cameron was a great installer, technicion... Very personable, pleasant to talk to I can't say enough about him. He's a real nice guy, real likable. He also explained everything that he was doing. Made sure everything was right before he left. And explained everything to me to make sure I knew how everything works.

Ryan Clay

Hayden was an amazing help and fixed our garage door in under an hour at 4:00PM nonetheless . If I could give 10 stars, I would!
