Texted what I needed through the website. New garage door and opener. Mark met us for quote. Was able to come early, which was great. Details of quote were clear. Didn't try to over sell. Recommendations were spot on. Sent quote and got appt set up sooner than expected. The installers Chance and his partner called to see if ok to be a little early. We were told how long it would take and what they would be doing. They cleaned everything up and even painted the wood frame they needed to install to match the door. We are super happy with all of the employees professionalism in talking with them as well as the work completed. It took three months to research and find a company I felt would do a great job. They had the best reputation. Their price was more than fair. I will be using them from now on.

I'm very happy I chose Precision to repair my garage door. My service technician, Dalton, was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. After discussing several options to fix my problem, Dalton quickly did the install, tested the system, and cleaned up after himself. There was no sales pitch or pressure and Dalton answered all of my questions and helped me make what I think was the best solution for my problem.
