I was having an issue with my garage door making a very loud popping noise after opening or closing intermittently, Chad came and looked the door and watched the video I had of it popping. He was very professional in his communication and was able to relay his technical knowledge effectively. Since he was here the door would not replicate the issue for him to see it first hand, as you would expect because that’s how life goes. After discussing the operation of the door and what could cause it he gave me options on a way forward and more knowledge of what he was eliminating as an issue and why. Chad’s professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness far exceeded my expectations and I am beyond happy the repair and process.

Service was great. Charge for Service was not so great. $200.00 per hour for labor is not acceptable. Cannot recommend your Company, nor will I use it again.

The gentleman that came out to assist us with fixing/replacing garage door was very friendly and helpful. Even thorough it was a nasty weather day he never seemed upset to be here. He gave us not only advise on what all was needed, but type of door needed. The price was quite a bit lower than I expected (nice surprise), and said it wouldn't take long to install, can't wait for him to get it in.

Made appointment online at 7:00pm on a Sunday and they were at my door at 8:00am Monday morning. Spring broke and my cars were trapped inside the garage. Jumped right on it and took care of the problem! J

We were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism displayed when we called about our broken garage door and how swiftly the issue was resolved. Despite calling late in the afternoon, a technician arrived early the next morning. Chad, the technician, was exceptionally helpful, taking the time to explain everything in detail. What we initially feared would be a major inconvenience turned out to be a surprisingly quick and efficient fix.

Had issue with one of garage doors, called and they scheduled a tech next day (Sunday). Technician Kyle called 20minutes before arrival. Showed up on scheduled time, reviewed issue, ran diagnostics, explained trouble with door. Provide three options with costs and information on site to fix/repair issue. Installed new equipment on site, went over operations, and set up our vehicles. Excellent service and very professional. Kyle was extremely helpful and went extra step to be sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Precision was referred by a friend. I have been very pleased with the initial service as well as the installation of the new door. Both reps were courteous and knowledgeable. They were thorough in making sure I understood the whole procedure and helped in promoting my remotes and keypads. I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service and/or replacement.

Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service today. Your technician was very informative which means a lot to the senior community as we are on limited budgets. When asked for senior discounts, he was glad to oblige. He informed me that I could convert to belt driven from chain driven and keep my opener. Again means a lot when on a budget. I have been with you since before 2017 and plan to stay because of the service. Now days too many companies try to take advantage if us seniors, so thank you.

Precision got right on it after my call. I didn't expect service for at least a day but they were on it by evening. Nathan was the tech and he performed everything fast, efficient and professionally. Totally satisfied with the experience and there is no doubt as to who I would call if service is required in the future. HT
