I have used Precision before an was pleased with the service. On this occasion I got service app't the same day. The two technicians that came (Dalton and Kyle) explained all of the concerns with my garage door from motor, rollers and seal on door. I was given the price up front with what was going to be done. At completion they reviewed the work and set my new code for new opener and how it works inside. Both Dalton and Kyle were professional and polite.

Alan Harp was extremely knowledgeable and professional when he responded to my home. Our overhead tension spring had broken and needed to be replaced. Upon talking with him about how noisy the door had been before the spring broke, he was able to diagnose the bearings were bad so changed them out as well. I was very impressed by the speed of service, professionalism and cleanliness of the service.

I write very few reviews but, this goes above and beyond in my opinion. This morning my garage decided not to open no more than a foot! Being a tech type of a person I normally jump to solve the problem, but today I made the best decision I could have made and called Precision. Great customer service during scheduling, and at 10:00 am my technician Nate was at my home. He was very knowledgeable made me feel at ease with his explanations. He was very well prepared with everything he needed on his truck for different situations , completed his job, performed a walkthrough and briefed me properly. Thanks Precision and Nate for your outstanding service.

Had a power failure and opened the door manually. The door detached from the metal connection to the chain drive. Frank showed up a few hours after I called and repaired the door in less than 1 hour. Improved it actually.

My experience was 5++. Wes was the epitome of customer service. Really? Do service people still greet other service and contractors working around them? Well Wes did. He said 'good morning' to our painting contractors. I will rave about Precision because of the following: -Explained my warranty in detail -Called ahead to confirm appointment -Provided details of work to be performed -Treated my Schnauzer with kindness and alerted me of noise that could affect my dog so I moved from the area -Generally, was an overall pleasant and personable guy who cares about his work. - Seemed expert troubleshooting and includes you in the process! -I explained another issue that I didn't expect to be worked on today but Wes took care of it, happily! We need more dedicated and positive people like Wes ! I know that not everyone may be as stellar an employee, but I am thankful to Precession for Wes.
