Once again, Precision does a superior job! Michael was on time, called in advanced, professional, and knowledgeable! I have my dependable new key pad, which is the reason I called. Our job involved replacing two 38 year old doors and openers. Dan, our installer arrived ahead of schedule. After introductions, he went right to work. Dan was very methodical. You could tell he was experienced and took pride in his work. When the job was finished, he vacuumed and left our garage probably cleaner than at the start. Before leaving Dan gave me an overview of all the new features and answers to all my questions. Dan completed the work in a little under 7 hours. I'm completely satisfied with the work, and highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Noah was an excellent technician trying his hardest to help us from having to purchase a new one. Chad did an excellent job of my new garage door installation and repairs of my garage door springs. He made sure that all my concerns and questions were answered prior to him leaving, He took his time with the installation and I never felt he was in a rush to finish the job. He helped to make sure all our remotes and car remotes were fully operational.

We experienced a lightning strike near our house that zapped our garage door opener. We contacted Precision and they sent Cameron out the next day. He determined that our unit was fried and needed to be replaced. Cameron gave us a couple of options and pricing for replacement. Cameron then had our old unit down and the new unit, including sensors and wall button, installed quickly. He then reprogrammed our old remotes, keypad and both our vehicles. Cameron did great work and was very professional. We will use Precision for any future work we need and will specifically ask for Cameron.

A precision technician was servicing a neighbor's garage door. I had to same tech stop & service our door. With an opener destroyed by a lightening storm I called Precision again because of the quality of the tech from a few years back. Another tech this time but, the same outstanding service. I called after 6pm on Tuesday and had my garage door fixed on Wednesday. Fast reliable service. Riley was our technician he explained everything very well and didn't push anything on us. He was very polite, honest and respectful of our property. He paid attention to detail and made sure everything was in working order. We had new springs and a new garage door opener installed.
