Jason was a great tech. Friendly, attentive, quick work and good work. My only disappointment is that I was required to produce life-time warranty paperwork on my motor from 12 years ago. It would be nice if the company maintained their customers' warranty information rather than requiring the customer to produce paperwork 12 years later to be able to claim the warranty.

We called Precision due to recommendations of our friends. Same day garage door opener installation service by a professional friendly technician who explained everything to us. His truck was fully stocked with parts and new openers. We are very satisfied with our experience today.

In an era of being disappointed by vendor services I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Precision Door Service. I called because one of my garage doors wasn't closing properly. Again, I was expecting to be put on hold and eventually make an appointment to have someone come to our home later in the week. My call was taken promptly and a service technician came to our home the very same day. Frank the technician was friendly and it was apparent that he new his "stuff" when it came to garage doors. He had the door fixed and serviced, tightening all the connections, lubing the rollers, and making sure everything worked correctly in less than an hours time. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Five Star work. Thank you

Our service call became an emergency call when the door would not close. Frank the service man was excellent. Repairs were done in an hour. No mess , quick paperwork and great people. You delivered just as your TV ads said. I would highly recommend this company for any Garage door needs.

Asked to see about repairing a portion of my door. Instead I got salesman who said I needed a whole new door. Wow. So you really dont fix anything you just use that as a means to get a salesman to my house. No thank you.

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville for anyone that would need repairs to their garage door. A little over a year ago I had them replace my door opener and was so impressed with their work, I didn't think twice about contacting them when the garage door springs needed to be replaced. I've found their employees to be very professional and their products to be exceptional, the quality and service can not be beat.

The customer service was excellent and the repairman was very well experienced. I was very impressed with everything he did... my old garage door opener was 17 years old and wore out.. i got a new garage door opener with 2 remotes and a sensors and wall mounted operer and a new touch pad and new rollers too... now it is super quiet and efficient... I couldn’t be more satisfied!! The reason I chose you was the fast service you provide... same day service as my phone call... i did call others that could not be here when needed.. I also got veterans discount... Much appreciated!!! It was a lot of money but you do have pretty good warranty also... hopefully it will last a long time!!! Thank you!!! Cathy

I saw the add on television which always means expensive to me but I was very surprised when the job was complete. They gave me an appointment on the same day I called with a two hour window and the technician arrived at the front end of the window, Super service.
