Technician Alan was polite and knowledgeable, gave me the different options for replacing a broken torsion spring, new rollers to quiet the door operation and answered all my questions. After calling several garage door companies and nobody ever actually showing up, I called Precision Doors and actually talked with a live person on phone. I explained my situation and knowing that it was a weekend, she explained that they would be available to help the next day. I scheduled time and was surprised shen the technician called and ask if we were available for him to come earlier. The technician came inspected my door made recommendations and actually had everything on his truck for the service. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had with a service company, the technician was so helpful and didn’t try to sell products we didn’t need.

Mike was on time and professional. Good man. I suggest you allow the insallers some discretion with pricing. My purchase was a little over $550. I asked Mike if we could just agree to $550? He said no. Someone might have said if you won’t do a sale and lose three or four dollars on a $550 sale, you may have lost the deal. Just a suggestion.

I phoned this morning and was given an appointment for today and Frank was here by 3pm. He examined the existing opener and determined the setting for the motor was at maximum. Motor was unable to open or close the door. Frank explained the problem and discussed the options for replacing. We purchased a replacement which he then took care of. It was immediate and painless. Thank you for getting my garage door fixed and back to operating as normal. Robert quickly came out and identified the source of the problem right away. He went about his business in a professional manner, made some adjustments and fixed the problem. He was kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. I give him a five star rating without hesitation. I felt confident dealing with a company that stands behind its word. Glad to know the employees are so qualified, but that they have also been drug tested, background tested and came out to service our garage door promptly as promised.

Outstanding ... scheduled my appointment promptly (helpful operators!), Tim Van Vuren, the technician, called ahead, arrived on time, was courteous, professional, tuned up my doors and installed new rollers (door works great now!!), and gave me a few maintenance tips.. all at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more satisfied. 5 Stars and two thumbs up!! Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of Billy coming to fix my garage door. He inspected it and had me come out to show what the cause of the issue is as well as what could be done to prevent further issues as the components are pretty old and time, use and salt air has taken it's toll. I ended up going with a bundle package and Billy was able to complete it all during the first call and very quickly. He brought me out again to walk thru what he did and provided helpful maintenance tips. In all, I was impressed by the responsiveness, the knowledge, fair and honest assessment and how incredible polite and professional Billy was during his visit. The garage door is so quiet now it's like we have installed a new one! I would HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone.
