Michael was extremely prompt, courteous and conscientious about his work. When he left, our garage door opened quieter then it ever had! I would recommend Precision to others and use their service again. I also feel they stand by their work and if I did have a problem, it would be taken care of w/o issue. Don't bother to call anyone else if you need garage door service. I called and got same day service, which was a surprise, and the two techs were perfect gentlemen and cared that the repairs were done right. Jerimiah was very thorough in his inspection of my double garage door. Of course, the broken spring was a given, but his explanation of the age and worn condition of my rollers, bearings, along with the spring replacement was a low-pressure approach to aiding me in choosing the extent of repairs that needed to be made. The before and after repairs brought a whisper-quite door opening and closing. He is a great asset to your company.

I called to request repair/replacement of the worn chain dog on our Genie 1/2 HP garage door opener. I was attracted by the same day service, the availability of a coupon in your ad (Angie's List booklet) for waiver of the service call fee and the pre-specification of the time of repair. Also, the performance and demeanor of the repair person were absolutely great. Five Stars !

Researching Garage Door Service companies in NE FL led me to PRECISION. The website introduces the company, its services and the technicians who perform the work. The reviews of individual techs are reassuring. The reviews reference customer service as superb. My technician, Tim Van Vuren, stood out. He "trained" me on what I needed to restore my garage door operation and he "trained" Damien (an apprentice). Both of us learned from Tim. I am very pleased with the service performed, the quality-appearance- courtesy of the techs and the clean-up after the job. I purchased warranty support and look forward to dealing with PRECISION in the future.

I called Precision and they had someone to my house within a few hours, at night! They sent me an email with pictures of the technicians so that I would know who was showing up at my door! The techs were super friendly, explained everything completely and. Are absolute sure I understood what needed to be done now and in the future. There names were Frank and Michael and I cannot say enough about them! Within less than 60 minutes my garage door was fixed. I would recommend Precision to anyone anytime!
