I am so impressed with this company. They are so accommadating. Same day service. They call if there is a delay. You know the name of the technician before he arrives. Michael was so professional & informative.Explained everything he was doing. Corrected problem with door reset. I would highly recommend this company. Cory responded quickly, explained our problem thoroughly, and gave us options for us to choose. Then, the proceeded to work methodically and expertly. Any time we had questions, he stopped and explained. Then, at the end he showed us how to operate all equipment and have our cars synchronized with the garage door opener. It was a pleasure to watch him work!

Picked your name off the website, you had good reviews. Dan installed our door and we love it, got the wood grain with windows across the top. A week later our old motor gave out and Frank installed a new one, and took his time explaining the new features. Big thanks to both installers. Will definitely recommend Precision

i had called another well know company who said they would get here late Monday or at the latest Tuesday morning. I called Tuesday up to 2:30 and got nothing but, voicemail! I called Precision around 3:00 and they said they could get to it between 5 and 7. I got a call at 4:00 and he guy was 10 minutes away and wanted to know if he could come early. Now that's service! My car was stuck in the garage and he repaired the door in less than 45 minutes and at a reasonable price. I tell anybody to call Precision 1st!!
